"Exceptional Dining Experience at Jaypee — Compliments to Chef Pankaj! We recently stayed/dined at the Jaypee hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. While the property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, the absolute highlight of our visit was the culinary experience. A special thank you to Chef Pankaj, who went above and beyond to make our meals memorable. Every dish served was beautifully presented, bursting with authentic flavors, and prepared to absolute perfection. Chef Pankaj clearly takes immense pride in his craft, and his attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The hospitality from the entire restaurant staff was top-notch. If you are visiting Jaypee, the dining experience is a must. We will definitely be returning!"

"While the location is prime, the suffix 'resort' is completely unbefitting to the property and its resources. The staff was ample and smiling,but they definitely need to look into having a better chef on board- breakfast buffet seemed like a carryover from day before, with minor changes! Rest of the meals lacked taste and flavour! Now to a major flaw-it poured on one of the days and water gushed down like a waterfall from the staircase onto the lobby and down the next flight! Apparently, the property is next to a nalla which gets blocked with leaves etc and that backflows into the hotel! While full credit goes to the entire staff team, irrespective of their designations all were into into immediate action with wipers, but still ITC needs to do something to save reputation! Moreover, it has no 'traveldesk' to help guests in any manner- be it a usual pick or drop facility within nearby vicinity or if guests are stranded due to sudden change in weather! All in all, certainly not a repeat property destination for us"

Suvidhi assisted us and was very warm and welcoming. Highly recommended. It is just right at the picture palace. So best way to avoid traffic at mall road."
