GGuest UserI have been traveling to Savoy since 80's and they sell Heritage but unfortunately their new building is No where close to Heritage. It's a modern building. Totally disappointed this time with their new rooms. Why would they even selling something which is not upto their standards. If one is not staying in old Heritage building then it's a waste of money as this new building is like one is cornered from the old building

GGuest UserExcellent, really excellent service. Beautiful rooms because of the great view. Air conditioning heating difficult to set, that should have a clear manual. Service special, to almost ”too much”. Wheeling your own suitcase was not ”allowed”.

GGuest UserI had a very pleasant stay here. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The view from the room covered the whole doon valley and was amazing. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The food was fresh and tasty.Also the location was good since the mall road was accessible by just descending from the hotel. One think for first time travellers to know is that mall road is closed for public transport vehicles. Only private vehicles are allowed to enter but still the parking space below the hitel is a bit limited. This is however a problem with all hotels on mall road. Overall i had a great experience and would highly recommend this place.

GGuest UserIts 800m uphill from library chowk, mussorie, so the climb can be exhausting as times especially if you’ve luggage, so take a cab instead. Overall stay is good, good music and good staff.
