Neat and Clean

The stay was incredibly pleasant, with exceptional service throughout. The staff was genuinely friendly and always ready to assist with any needs. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of sweet and savory options. In the evening, delightful snacks were served alongside Tea/Coffee, adding a special touch to the experience. The location is just a 2 minute walk from Library Chowk, making it convenient for day trips. Highly recommended!

I had a very pleasant stay here. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The view from the room covered the whole doon valley and was amazing. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The food was fresh and tasty.Also the location was good since the mall road was accessible by just descending from the hotel. One think for first time travellers to know is that mall road is closed for public transport vehicles. Only private vehicles are allowed to enter but still the parking space below the hitel is a bit limited. This is however a problem with all hotels on mall road. Overall i had a great experience and would highly recommend this place.

The stay is value for money. Decent size, neat and clean rooms, set breakfast options, helpful and courteous staff. Please do not go by negative comments regarding accessibility, all the hotels on mall road have similar accessibility mechanism. You need to get off at the checkpost, get out of your taxi and walk to the hotel on the mall road. Inf-act northwood is the closest from the mall road entry point of picture palace.

Its 800m uphill from library chowk, mussorie, so the climb can be exhausting as times especially if you’ve luggage, so take a cab instead. Overall stay is good, good music and good staff.

My two-day stay at this hotel was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a premium room, which offered an amazing view. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the food was both delicious and reasonably priced. We thoroughly enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. Thank you for the outstanding service

Nice location with a scenic view and easily accessible to tourist attractions nearby. 👍👍 Plus food and staff behaviour was very generous.
