3-Star Hotels in Saitama Prefecture, Japan

We were staying with a family of three. They don't have triple rooms, so the room is split into two. Even with two rooms, the price is still reasonable. The rooms are mostly flat and well-maintained. Close to Honjo-Waseda Station, free parking, a large public bath (with a Dyson hair dryer), laundry facilities, a microwave, free tea (coffee and apple cider vinegar drinks are also available until 10:00 PM), amenities, and samue-style pajamas are available for personal selection at the front desk (you can choose between memory foam and marshmallow pillows, subject to restrictions), and more. There's a large supermarket and laundry next door, as well as a delicious bakery, family restaurant, and convenience store nearby, making it incredibly convenient. The front desk staff are all very kind and cheerful. My only complaint is that the walls are thin, so you can often hear noises from the neighboring rooms (earplugs are provided, which is unusual). The lockers in the changing room by the public bath don't have locks. I haven't booked a room with breakfast yet, so I'd like to try that next time.

Hotel is within 5 mins walk from Kawagoe Station. Very convenient to travel with luggage. Very easy to travel around the area as bus terminal is also nearby. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice hotel especially they have a door to close to separate room from the walkway/toilets. TV option can see if the washing machines are available 👍

Very nice hotel. Happy to train station and loads of food places to eat. Also alot of shops All around. Only down side is the beds are very hard.

The room rates in downtown Tokyo are very high. Although this hotel is not in the city center, it is not too far away. It is very convenient to take the subway. The room size is much larger than that of the hotel in the city center. It is very clean. Although the room does not have a bathroom, it is not a problem at all. The bathhouse environment is also very good. You can also take a comfortable bath. As you can see in the picture, I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Tokyo.

location was good, only 5 mins walk from Seibu Chichibu station. My room got a very nice hill view, quiet and tranquil. The room was clean, very spacious in Japanese standard. Staff were very polite and helpful. There was one gentleman staff helped me to find packing material to wrap my walking stick that I bought from the temple during my 34 Kennon pilgrimage; so that I could bring it back home with me. Many thanks! By the way, the breakfast was very good with big array of food.

It's almost directly connected to the station, and there's a convenience store next door. There's a large public bath. They even have late-night soba noodles. I can see why it's so popular. However, perhaps because it's so popular, or perhaps because there are no other hotels, there are a lot of customers. When I went to the public bath quite late at night, it was so crowded that there were no spaces available for washing. They didn't anticipate something like that, and it's probably something you've never experienced at any other hotel, so I guess the hotel didn't anticipate it either. It was a surreal situation, with everyone lined up naked in the changing room. The bathtub was big, but not that big, so it almost ended up being a family bath with strangers. The bed springs are a bit too soft, it's starting to hurt my back.

The good thing is that the hotel is a traditional Japanese room renovation, cross beams, there are various Japanese buildings in the room, very distinctive, especially similar to the Wubing Bathtub, very pleasant. Worth living. But because it is a wooden floor, the room above the night is very loud! The bad place is that someone received only until 6:00pm in the evening, and then I relied on my own DIY. I arrived at 6:45 and all of them were sold to the door. I asked the local Japanese to call the Japanese contact number and no one answered. There were no 7 children nearby. Call back trip.com, Miss Peng, who is in charge, works hard to assist, it is worth it! Finally found the self-service door password and successfully entered. The hotel management is insufficient, there is no communication with customers, there are two password locks, I don't know that it is the door, and the room is not stated in the room; the contact number is not received after 6:00 pm, so that the guests are incompetent and surprised!

I stayed here while on a business trip. The location is great, close to the station and has restaurants and convenience stores. The front desk staff explained everything to me carefully, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind. Please note that the amenities are located next to the front desk and not in the rooms. The single room felt small, but was sufficient for a night's stay without meals.

The staff were very polite when I contacted them in advance, and from the time I arrived until check-out on the day, even though they were busy, so I was able to stay with peace of mind even though I was worried. This is a hotel I would definitely like to use again next time.

I used it by one woman from the country to watch the concert. It takes about 10 minutes from Saitama Shintoshin Station without transfer, and it is adjacent to Kamio Station, so exit the ticket gate and go in front of you. I was able to go without hesitation even for the first time. There are convenience stores, cafes and restaurants nearby. I usually don't smoke, but this time I used it because there was only a smoking room available. I was worried about the smell, but it was clean and I didn't really care about it. I think it's better to stop sensitive people because it's not that there is no. It's not the latest hotel, so I can't recommend it to people who are innocent, but the cleaning was done properly, and above all, the front desk staff were kind. The station was clean and the security seemed to be good, so I would like to use it again if I have another chance.
