I stayed at this property for a family vacation recently during April 2024, i felt cheated staying there as I was charged extra for food items which were promised to me as a part of their complimentary breakfast deal, i found the owners to be heartless in their behaviour and utilizing every opportunity of customers vulnerability during a trip for earning extra bucks. The room service were pathetic many a times and if anything in the room gets dysfunctional during stay, it never gets fixed. I would never recommend Hotel Surya Kiran musoorie to anyone, anyone staying there shall beware of bad experiences.
