No toiletries were there, quality of room was not as per price. No kettle was there. One could hear sound from another room easily and clear

The hotel did not provide toiletries as mentioned in the services. All channels except dd news were locked. The room did not have a proper view of the valley as mentioned in the bookings. The price taken of the room was definitely not worth it. The service staff was supportive and friendly. The hotel was reasonably clean. The location is a little down hill and coming to the mall road is ok if one doesn’t have elderly travellers in the group. For the young it is fine to be walking up and down the hill. It will be difficult for female drivers to park the car at the hotel parking slot.

All the hotel unit & staff is totally unaware of all hygiene measures. Zero sanitizing on arrival or departure, zero use of sanitizer for staff and even for tourists also. Third grade quality behavior. Totally sadakchaap management.

Hotel location and staff is good. Rooms are good. Only bad thing is they have very old pillow and bedsheets which looks dirty.

I booked valley view room, while check in they gave one which was in first basement, after 5 mins they came and said sorry sir this is not your room, your room is different, and gave me another room in second basement, and view fr my room was of vehicle parking of another hotel. So all money was waste. Secondly food is not good at all. So overall not recommended from my side.
