Stay was Very Great food excellent hospitality staff very cooperative friendly and always on toes. Loved the environment and the ***agement finger licking food delicious desserts salads all item loved it very pleasing atmosphere would recommend all to do visit club mahindra masoori.

We were impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff members. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel right at home. The restaurant staff, in particular, stood out with their constant smiles and willingness to assist. ✨Kajal, Harish, and Pankaj✨ went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was enjoyable and memorable. It's worth noting that while Some rooms are conveniently located near the reception, sparing guests the effort of ascending numerous staircases, others are nestled higher up the hillside, presenting a challenge for senior citizens or those with mobility concerns. However, we were pleased to discover that the property is actively addressing this issue by introducing lift services. During our stay, one lift 🛗 was already operational, providing easier access to the higher floors. Although the completion of the second lift may take some time, it's reassuring to see the property's commitment to enhancing accessibility for all guests. With this thoughtful addition, Club Mahindra Mussoorie is ensuring that everyone can enjoy the breathtaking views and serene surroundings without any hindrance. The property offers a wide range of activities🎭 for guests to enjoy. The resort is placed on a height not senior citizen friendly but has very beautiful view and nice property. Coming to food, the buffet is must try as they keep on elevating the variety of options on the menu. The f&b service staff miss kajal does a stellar job. Overall very welcoming staff, would love to visit again.

The food at club Mahindra Mussoorie was too good. The service by staff Kajal at the restaurant is really good We enjoyed our stay here and loved the brash sharabat given as a welcome drink.We enjoyed the activities at fun zone with family. Thank you!
