Satisfaction is one and delight is another level.. My experience with Zone was nothing less than absolute Delight. Decent rooms, Good size, good sleep, Quick hospitality and bloody awesome Food.. what else do you need from your Hotel. Food is the highlight.. we had buffet breakfast and dinner included in the package. Mr. Mahipal (Head Chef) left no stone unturned to see smile on their guests faces. He very well accomodated the special food requests of our kids. The only one thing i would recommend is to have a bigger spread in breakfast and dinner. But overall it was an experience to remember Thank you Zone.

We stayed in stay for two days. Had breakfast on both days of stay. Each item was sooo good.... They had huge variety. Everything was good. They also have healthy options. ***pal sir is very sweet and cooperative. The best part is food. Everything is delicious. Overall had an amazing experience... Amazing!..

Very, well maintained property, premium rooms having a very good view and hot / cold AC makes them very comfortable, Priti, Mampi, Chef ***pal and all staff very helpful and courteous. Very neat and well maintained property. Food also quite nice

Stay was quite comfortable and break fast was good with lot of options. Mampi and Rohit were very helpful during the stay. Property is Located on the backside of mall road which is city centre. Parking is very small had to park our vehicle on road.

We had a wonderful 5 days in mussoorie. The hotel ***ager and staff were so helpful and friendly. Nothing was a problem. I would highly recommend staying here. The hotel was close to the Mall Rd and there was plenty of things to see within walking distance. Taxis could be arranged by the hotel for venturing further afield
