one of the finest properties you can find in hills. location is absolutely perfect away from maddening mall road crowd but also not too far, just few minutes away.
staff is very courteous and helpful. they went out of the way to help my child who suffered from travel sickness.
room was recently renovated and easily met 4* standards.
property is undergoing renovation so hopefully it will be more better in upcoming months.
food options are limited but good & fresh, fish/mutton were very tasty, items are reasonably priced.
each staff is very polite & humble.
property is well maintained & sits atop a pvt hill.
property approach is easy & not too steep, easily ***ageable with any car type.

Peaceful stay...all staffs are very helpful & kind!! Superb place for stress release. Hotel head is very supportive and very nice. Food quality is like Home cooked. Need to better quality if room quality. Place is located in between the forest so you will feel very good and quite. I will suggest everyone to vist this place .

Amazing stay. Preserving the legacy of Maharaja ethically. Will take you back to colonial time when British Raj was there. Amazing Property. The food was amazing with live music. A quiet place makes you enjoy the nature around you. Really helpful staff all around

Very good hospitality, personal take care by General ***ager and good environment of resort . My family and my friends family really enjoyed and wonderful experience to visit to native walk maintained by resort authorities.nice activity room to have fun with friends and family

Awesome food . Awesome special care. The resort is big and full with nature. The services are great . We have been coming here for the last 12 years . Mr Das takes special care of each guest . He is ***aging the resort very good . The sports activities need more attention

Its an awesome property settled in between lush green forest. You feel like you are relaxing in mother nature’s lap. Whole environment is so serene and peaceful. Hospitality is at its highest. All the staff members are so polite and humble. Will recommend it to everyone who want to get away from hustle and bustle of busy life, far away from traffic n daily chaos.

Location: The hotel is located in a great location, n. Staff: The staff was very efficient and friendly. They were always willing to help with anything I needed. Room: The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the city. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was well-equipped with everything I needed. Breakfast: The continental breakfast was very good, with a variety of options to choose from. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries.

I stayed in this hotel one night while visiting Mussoorie. This hotel is located in and surrounded by the forest, which means that it is quite and very clean there. In addition to the nature surrounding, there are beautiful gardens on the territory of the hotel. The rooms are clean and have plenty of necessary amenities, including clean towels, bath robe, shaving kit, etc. My window was looking out to the forest, I liked it very much, especially in the early morning, looking at the trees growing right next to my window. The personnel was polite, friendly and helpful beyond any limits. They were always ready to answer any question or fulfill any wish. Complimentary cab to the town of Mussoorie for drop and pick up was also a very good point, otherwise it would be necessary to call a taxi or walk. Breakfast was very good, both European and Indian options were there, it was also possible to order a freshly made breakfast meal. I really enjoyed the stay in this hotel and would surely stay here again.
