We stayed for 3 night during in Nov 2023. The stay was average. Pros: (1) As already mentioned in many reviews, the location is excellent and is at the start of the Mall Road. The taxi stand is also very nearby the hotel. (2) There is ample parking and is least expected at such a great location (3) The staff are very polite and friendly; especially, the staff member present in the dining area during breakfast was great and went out of the way to help and serve. Cons: (1) The food quality is average and can be improved. The dining area is small and there can be quite a rush in case of high occupancy (2) The rooms are a bit old and there can be better upkeep. The chairs in the balcony were worn out by the weather and should be replaced. The towels provided are quite old as well. (3) Considering the above average rates, the hotel is not value for money

Excellent location. Super view of the mountains and Dehradun Very comfortable rooms with good view. Location very close to Mall Road so good walking around. Very courteous staff. Good breakfast spread Reasonable price restaurant Good facility for conferences Great value for money

The Location of the Hotel is very good, however looks slightly overpriced in regards to facilities. One important problem is if you take your driver ***** with you they have no facilities for them, that is an additional cost for you

Nice location, Breakfast was good. Staff was very cooperative. We got a valley view room, however balconies are small but for 2 people it's ok.Walking distance to mall road.Advise not to visit in summer vacation in mussorie,as you will find jams and lot of rush.

The program to Mussoorie happened just randomly. With most of the Mall Road hotels showing booked, I came across Clark’s in trip advisor. Initially I was little dicy with my stay at the hotel, but I must say the visit turned out . The location was perfect with Mall Road mins away. There was no parking issue. I was lucky to get the ground floor executive room with spectacular valley views. Breakfast was tasty with homely taste. The location is really USP of the hotel. Finally special thanks to Mr. Gurmeet who gave us the best deal for the stay.

We were a family of 14 people with 7 kids and 7 adults and stayed here for two nights in Apr 2023. It is a Beautiful Hotel with Neat Clean and Nice Rooms and Bathrooms. We had Breakfast and Dinner and both were very good. The hospitality of the hotel staff was very warm The rooms are exactly as shown in the Hotel photographs Very close to mall road, so you can have a nice walk in the evening in the mall road

Have been staying at this property for many years now on our visits to Mussoorie. Location is very good but now the property needs maintenance which is lacking. Breakfast spread is very average and not very tasty also. Need improvement in choice and taste.

Good scenic spacious rooms. Ample car parking. Wonderful hospitality by GM Gurmeet Sood and his team Jagmohan, Narender. Good delicious food by Yashwant Rawat and well served by Amit Rawat. Room house keeping attendants Suraj and Amit were polite and courteous. Beautiful paintings and statues of Lord Buddha and Lord Krishna. Beautiful small paintings on all walls. Nice valley view. Spacious washroom

Superb stay. The big difference is the prompt service. Harendra singh and shiv singh chouhan were excellent in catering. How well they took care of us. really they made our stay memorable. The front desk is excellent. The manager gurmeet sood absolute brilliant
