No charging points no room cleanness no washroom cleanness evens visiters are not friendly everyone doing thier personal parties and cause loudness

The reception guys and food was good apart from that everything was terrible. 1 - approx 7 km s from mall road which is quite far and inconvenience. 2 - swimming pool was dirty. 3. Pathetic service from restaurant as you have to call at least three times if u need anything. 4. When we were leaving from resort room service guy came to us and said our two glasses are missing when we had a food we put the glasses outside the room. But when he asked this question that was insulting.

Just for name sake pool is there with no water. No basic needs like sampoo soap are not available and room is so conjusted for 4

No one picked up call in night made us stand for unnecessary reason before allotting room. Room was ok..but walls were not properly painted and staff behaviour was not good.

We had a comfortable stay at the resort. We booked a family room. Very spacious with hot water available. Lovely view of the hills from the room. Very courteous, polite and friendly staff. Enjoyed the stay. Felt at home.

Very good resort in mussoorie surrounded by hills, awesome view from top point of machan, staff team very helpful available 24x7 food quality was very good, rooms also very nice, it was recommended by my friends
