The worst of experience at The Pearl by DLS Musoorie. No room service or basic amenities like tea, coffee, one water bottle for two people, no refrigerator, no hand towel, no shampoo,no moisture, no cup soucer, no wifi provided despite being mentioned in services, no additional blanket for low temperature.. Front office staff was rude, not accommodating or listening any request.. Overall felt like why I booked this hotel, never ever will recommend this hotel to anybody in life. RoomsDeluxe room on ground floor behind reception, lot of noise disturbance, no ventilation in washroom. I was traveling with my family and hotel allocated me ground floor room with liquor party going outside my room window.
