We had been here for 5 nights and it was an absolutely wonderful experience.Right from the reception staffs to housekeeping and the restaurant staffs,all were very helpful,polite and friendly. Mr Suraj from the reception helped me with all my queries for my sightseeing and made it easy.He also arranged last minute birthday cake for midnight celebration. Mr Maganlal from housekeeping decorated our room for my husband's birthday and was very kind and hardworking.Ms Anjali from restaurant was very sweet and hardworking and she went out of d way always to comfort us.Also Mr Pradeep was very nice and was always ready to help. The restaurant staffs had arranged a bonfire (ofcourse there's a cost) and also decorated our table at d lawn for my husband's birthday celebration during dinner and Mr Kamlesh from restaurant was d best as he only arranged d bonfire,served us food and also arranged a cake at d end of our dinner .He was always smiling and very nice.Mr Suresh and Pandeyji from the restaurant were also very good. The head chef was very nice and used to ask us feedback everyday.Chef Naveen was also very nice. Live singing during hi-tea and dinner was icing on cake.Mr Eddy was mind-blowing and both d singers sang our request everyday. Overall we had an excellent stay with beautiful rooms,yummy food,super climate and lots of fun and entertainment.Full Paisa Vasool stay.

We are a family of four staying at Hotel Crystal Palace in June 2023. We have booked six rooms, and they have provided us with interconnected rooms for our children. The hotel is located 1.2 km away from Mall Road, but they offer parking facilities and pick-up and drop-off services to Mall Road. However, these services are subject to timing availability. The rooms are satisfactory, but it is worth considering that there is no lift available, so please think twice before booking rooms on the third floor. The food at the hotel was awesome. The food court offers a lovely view of Mussoorie and the hills.
