Great hotel. Located a mere 10mins walk away from Taikoo Li, Chunxi Road and the metro station. A convenience sits right beside the hotel too. Good variety of rooms to choose from. We got a free upgrade to a corner room that had a wider entryway. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Comes with a kettle however no mini fridge. Hotel comes with a laundry room with washers and a dryer. Service was generally good. Left luggage service available. Would recommend staying here of you're looking an afforable place to staynin Chengdu.

Nice hotel , good value . We received a nice welcome from the front staff, Miss He. Got even Häagen-Dazs ice-cream although the scoop is a little small :)and a cup of tea and a welcome fruit platter . Location is good , with recommendations of good hotpot restaurants from Miss He. Breakfast selection is adequate and good quality . There were a lot of customers but luckily the breakfast area is big enough to not feel too crowded . There is a laundromat floor free to use , which is very handy . The only complaint we had was the long wait for the lifts during peak hours in the morning . Will recommend this hotel for a city stay.

Hotel location is good close to walking distance easy to eat and shopping. Staff service is very good. Only one thing is Soundproofing not so good.

The hotel was too calm also what i love most that was near to the center of chengdu

The best hotel in Chengdu in terms of services and cleanliness. The staffs here were very friendly and passionate to assist me in pretty much everything, they also put a smile on the face after my checked-in and checked-out, also the manager, i guess, helped me carrying my luggage in the car, i was grateful for that. The room was clean although the size was a little bit small, but it worked, amenities are plenty especially water. The air-conditioner was weak, the breakfast was awesome with several choices of food. The location is near Tonghuimen Station. So far i have been impressed by the wonderful hospitality and will be returning again.

From the very first moment of my arrival, from the gate to the lobby (polite hotel suff❤️) I was impressed and simply adored our sray at this HOTEL. All was perfect, its location very close, justbnext to Subway (Monastry) station 5min walk, quite close to city center and famous spots. The view from our window was great👍 I'll be back for sure. Thanks much to the STUFF! They even helped me about my tickets issues. All was solved in a quick. Highly recommended! Book, stay and enjoy!🎉🎉🎉

The location was ideal as it is short walking distance to the popular Chunxi Road where the airport bus can be found there too. As there's several Atour within that same area, we went to the incorrect one at first before finding the right one. We had arrived closed to 4pm but the room was not ready despite the check-in time was 3pm. Reason given to us was that due to the ongoing renovation, thus the housekeeping was busier than usual. While we understand the renovation is for improvement of the hotel, not receiving prior notice about potential delay in check-in was not a pleasant experience the moment we check-in. As the room we have booked on trip.com platform has some ”weird setup” whereby breakfast is included for 1 guest, thus we had to purchase additional breakfast for the remaining check-in guest. The instructions given by the hotel on how this is done wasn't very clear and kind of sounded like upselling instead of really giving in house guest some discount as they claimed. This had also left quite a bad experience on the first day of check-in. We were also asked to add them on wechat, just like any other accommodation that we had stayed in during our trip in China, and we can contact them for assistance via Wechat. However, I received no replies from them via wechat when I indeed use this platform to seek help. While I understand that they have many guests to attend to and may not provide immediate replies, in my situation, the questions that I have raised via wechat was left unanswered until day 3 of my stay when i had to personally seek help at the reception and raised the issue of unanswered wechat messages to them. This was something not experienced in my other accommodation and considering Atour is a relatively big chain in China, this is an upsetting experience during our stay. Strongly suggest that they improve in their service level.

Good service & rooms are new. The lady at the reception was very friendly and patient. Location wise, it’s within an acceptable distance from Chunxi road metro station, but not very close either.

Great location , the center of many places. Good service, cleanliness room. Cute panda theme decorations. The time we stayed is on the China National day , the hotel also decorated in National day theme as well. It’s nice to see the important event of the country. Thank you for helpful staff and housekeeper and storage the luggage for us. But the smell of smoking and the guest can smoke at the same area of the lobby might be not okay for the other guests who is not smoke. The atmosphere of/around the building is a con- because the building is quite old with under renovate ,construction and the passage around the building is dark at night time.

So happy with my one week stay in Dorsett Grand Chengdu!! Had a great service from 小余 Eva during check-in & she was so nice to upgrade me to a Suite!! Love the clean & spacious space… Furnitures & interior were well maintained. Housekeeping sisters are really nice people too, they always gave me things that I need quickly whenever I ask. I must also highlight about the security level at night in the hotel made me feel safe at all times, which are many male staffs looking after at ground floor… Every staffs had made this hotel a great place to stay, well done!! :D

The hotel is very new and modernly equipped. It even has voice activated AC, music, alarm clock, etc. But you have to speak Chinese to Xiao Ai Tongxue (the voice activated device's name, like Siri in iPhone). I would say Yushe Yunshan is a 4* or 4,5* hotel at most. However, the hotel does offer pick up/delivery from/to the bus station and from/to Jiuzhai scenic areas. The front desk staffs and drivers were all very friendly and helpful, although they don't speak English. But of course we can use Google translate to communicate with them.

Nice location. Hotel locate in the middle of shopping center and restaurants like KFC, Mcdonald and local restaurants . From hotel, it take 10 minutes walk to Jiuzhaigou entrance which you can enjoy the view along the way. I recommend you to walk rather than riding since the traffic quit terrible in the morning and evening. Reception are so nice and willing to help us. The room is clean with cozy bed and sustainable wifi.

The location is perfect for traveler to Jiuzhaigou national park as you can walk from the hotel to the entrance of the park. The hotel is near shops and restaurants. However, the cleanliness of the room is average. The strong smell of mothballs are always there in the room during my 4 nights stay. In my room, the pillow was a bit dirty with some little red spots which I don’t know what it was. Anyway, The staff was truly friendly.

Our stay at Ji hotel was honestly great some days and lackluster other days depending on who was working at the front desk. Three staff members were very helpful and kind while two others were quite rude and reluctant to provide helpful information. Therefore, it's difficult to review due to the inconsistent experience. I really do appreciate the staff that was kind and hope they're rewarded for their hard work.

1) Reception closes after 12am which makes enquiries cumbersome if you don’t have a china mobile. 2) Only 1 washing machine and dryer to accommodate the whole hotel needs. 3) Hot Spring at the hotel only opens from 5pm to 9pm and advance booking of 30 mins have to be made which makes planning difficult 4) Location is prime as it need to the valley park but beware that you will be getting a lot of noise pollution from both cars and human traffic. The lack of city planning causes a lot of congestion.

The location is good, more than 300 meters away from the Moon Bay parking lot and a few kilometers from Jiuzhaigou. The room I booked has a terrace, which is also good, with a wide view. The beef hot pot restaurant downstairs is also good. Three people checked in, and the owner took the initiative to give us a set of toiletries and slippers. It was raining outside. I was out for half an hour, and the owner even lent me an umbrella

First of all, I declare that I am definitely not a shill! ! Room facilities: a very new hotel! It is very clean everywhere. I have high requirements for the bathroom, but the hotel fully meets them. The smart toilet and the mirror look very good. There is also a full-length mirror with a light at the door! Bathing is also very comfortable. Disposable bath towels, face towels, toilet covers, etc. are provided. It is very considerate! Snacks are given in the room, and the breakfast is also very good! Staff service: The key point❗️❗️The front desk lady is super enthusiastic. We arrived too late the night before and couldn’t go to the hotel we booked. The lady took the initiative to help find the hotel and led us there in the middle of the night. Tears moved me. Later, the hotel upgraded the parent-child room for free. In short, it is a very good accommodation experience. Everyone come and stay! ! ! Once again, I express my love for the front desk sister! ! !

Stayed for 5 consecutive nights from 14-19 Sep 2024 Hygiene-3 The hotel’s hygiene is really sub-par, found black rubber bands left on the floor, likely left behind by the previous guest. Room cleaned, top up with fresh towels but used towels not cleared…. Taking a bath is painful as the water pressure is weak and it is difficult to adjust the temperature. The water either gets extremely hot or just turned cold. Highlighted the issues to the counter staff. They look into the issue and took action immediately, the issues persisted. Value for Money- 3 Breakfast spread was average. This 5 star overrated. It is a 3.5 star at the most. Location-5 Great location, near to the scenic with many restaurants nearby. Service-5 In general, all the front desk and service staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular the housekeeper Xiao Han who is very prompt and pro-active in ensuring that we had a pleasant stay.

We had a nice and modern room at 6th floor, nice view and bright. Bed is comfortable (not hard). Basic chinese breakfast, overall a very good Price in April for such hôtel. Park entrance is at 15min by foot, which is correct. Last but not least, all staff is really kind and accommodating, doing their best to help and please us. I would definitely come back again !

The room is good, the beds and shower perfect. Breakfast is nice. The cleaning lady should be more aware of execution tasks in the room. Also public toilet in the lobby should be clean more often.
