Palms is great. The shower was not. Great pressure. It would go from cold to scalding. Would not regulate to an even temperature

We checked out a day early as room was not clean and we kept getting bit at night from mosquitoes or bed bugs. The hotel manager was going to refund us the last day that we had originally planned to stay but he said he can’t since it’s bought from *******. He recommended calling ******* for the refund and said that if they call him, he will let them know he doesn’t mind refunding *******. ******* service was horrible! They said they called , but they didn’t .. I want the last night reservation back , even if it’s in reward points ..
