Tired Hotel with Lazy Staff. First the good: Hotel has a great location very close to Broadway @ the Beach. Rates are reasonable. Plenty of free parking. BAD: Staff that are too busy talking with their friends to take care of the paying guest. When engaging the front desk staff they are inattentive, bordering on rude. Our ROOM had a bad mattress with one side about 4 inches lower than the other side. Our thermostat would not keep a constant temperature. Set it on 70 and would wake up a few hours later when it was 74! Bathroom shower door leaked all over the floor even with door completely closed. We were there several days & our room was never cleaned. I have been staying 1-3 times a year for the past 15 years at this hotel and it has declined significantly. I will not be back and if you decide to go remember “Buyer be warned”.

everything was ok till Come time to shower . The ceiling has a crack in it , plus the shower doesn't have a leak stop from running outside the shower. so the floor is flooded after you stop the shower leaking out the crack of the door. no fan is in the bathroom.

Over all this place was very clean. Lobby smelt freshly cleaned when we got there and the rooms were also very clean. I usually get very nervous about rooms with carpets because of bugs and what not but at no point did I start to panic about something looking old and dirty. Very well kept. The staff were very nice at both check in and check out.

Great location next to everything and in a central location . The pool and jacuzzi looked clean but didn’t have time to try out . The room was clean and no issues . Looked like the room may of recently been remodeled . Had a breakfast but we had to leave before it opened at 630 . Definitely would stay here again !

Quick overnight stay. Everything seemed clean. Room was clean and comfortable. I was sick on check out morning and couldn’t get out before checkout time. Staff was very accommodating.

The bed was very Uncomfortable and the shower water pressure was HORRIBLE but other than that it was ok

This hotel is very centrally located. Broadway on the beach is across the street Mr (not walking distance though) and only a few blocks from the beach. Front desk staff is very friendly and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is a hot breakfast.

All was good until I could not take a shower due to having no water in the shower. Service was fine as well until I reported it and was asked why I didn’t report it the night before? She did offer to have it looked at and could not seem to understand the concept of my wife and I not wanting to wait around for maintenance. Lastly she explained to me that I had a non refundable rate that was booked through a third party? The couple that was checking out a few minutes later had an issue as well and was thrown the whole third party speech again. She pulled it like a six shooter in the Wild West!
