Micheal Clay took such awesome care of us from arrival to our last night. Greeting us with water and a smile each night and was even our photographer. He went above and beyond!! Thanks again Micheal. Loved the hotel, rooms and of course the bars. Food was great as well.

All the positive reviews led my family here and we had the absolute best time..zero complaints. We can't wait to go back! This resort has so much to offer everyone and they thought of everything (a basin to wash seashells-how cool?!). My kids especially loved the game room, bean bag toss, ping pong, chess, and of course, the waterslide (it's a very smooth ride). We enjoyed the beach at all hours, especially night time hunting for shark teeth nearby or flying kites. The ocean water was surprisingly warmer than what we're used to in New England-making boogie boarding more pleasant, haha! There were plenty of attentive pool-side staff to take care of food & beverage orders. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Parking was easy, room was cleaned with new towels daily. Everything was perfect!

The hotel was very nice and the hotel employees were very pleasant and accommodating. I would stay here the next time I am in Myrtle Beach.

We chose Myrtle Beach Resort & Spa for our first ever Family Reunion as a central place to meet. It required our family members to travel great distances to accomplish this! It did not disappoint! As the organizer for the reunion I had many events planned for the long weekend, therefore worked with several different people at Myrtle Beach from check in, event coordinators, catering and hotel wait staff. All staff members worked together to make this reunion a total success! Without exception, everyone was friendly, always had a smile and bent over backwards for our entire group to accommodate! Each one of our family also complimented the hotel and all staff as well! A "Family Reunion" with precious memories was had by all! Thank you! June 14-16, 2024

The staff at the resort was amazing, best customer service I have ever received. The concierge was excellent and the valet staff are the nicest men and very helpful. We will be coming back.

A delightful resort! SO delightful that it's the second trip here in two weeks!! The staff were helpful even before we arrived for our first visit--helping us with details of the reservation and going out of their way to accommodate special requests. Likewise, from the moment we pulled up to check in the staff went out of their way. Our waitress at Ocean restaurant went out of her way to accommodate our gluten allergy and food needs. The SeaBass entree and special lobster roll they made as a salad for us (gluten free) were delicious. Sara, at the breakfast buffet was extraordinary at taking care of our gluten free needs and attending to everything in a meticulous fashion. She is truly an outstanding server who goes out of her way to please her guests. Thank you! LaToya also goes above and beyond at the front desk handling special requests with attention and kindness. The hotel itself is a pleasure to walk into. The lobby is very beautiful and the views from within and outside the hotel are magnificent. The location directly on the beach is just what we wanted. The beach and water are beautiful as is the setting of the pool and services provided. A special shout out to Deepak Mishra, director of operations for also going above nd beyond. The Marriott Myrtle Beach Resort at Grande Dunes takes guest service serious in all ways and it shows. Looking to forward to many more stays--a much longer one in September or early fall. Thank you to each of the team members for making our stays, despite very short, everything we could have wanted and more.

Checking-in was smooth as can be, staff was helpful and the kids had fun in the game room and the multiple pool area, the grounds are well.
