The rug in this room was so disgusting, there are big stains! Of course when we wiped down the room & use disinfectant! In doing so the phone & the blue table was sticky & food stains on it!

We absolutely LOVE this hotel. 5 stars! Kelly at check in was the sweetest and upgraded us which meant more than she will ever know because we were celebrating our anniversary. Lisa at the restaurant was awesome!!! We will be back! The breakfast line was a little long but besides that, perfect and great service .

Had an excellent stay the past weekend. The hotel staff was excellent and very accommodating. We will visit again hopefully soon and hopefully we deal with the same girl Kelli Howell at the front desk. She made my wife and I feel like family and was extremely funny.

Fantistic stay. I’ve never been to Myrtle Beach before so wasn’t sure what to expect and picked this hotel based off location and amenities. Enjoyed the beautiful pools, beach, walked to a few restaurants and bars. Great esthetic, clean. And very friendly staff. Especially Randy at the front desk who went above and beyond to locate an article of clothing I mistakenly placed in the towel machine by the pool. I’ll be back but next time I’m bringing the family as I feel we’d really enjoy ourselves here. Only downfall was the shuttle to/from the airport has since stopped I checked in and will be no longer running from my understanding, and that was one of the main factors when selecting this stay, all is well that’s what Uber is for.

Possibility of construction noise not posted on website. Was placed in a room with major noise, staff did move me but then little drilling noises all day even in that room. Walking to and from garage a STRONG, toxic odor from huge room they were building. Had to hold my breath as I passed through. I was there for 5 days. It was miserable.

Kelli was extremely amazin!!! Very friendly and courteous. She truly made our experience so comfortable and enjoyable. She took care of any concern that we had , an awesome problem solver. The hotel itself is very clean and the views of the ocean front are absolutely stunning. We will be back!!
