Grande Cayman Resort

Loved the upgrade and parking. Great location. Staff was nice and the food was good. Will go back!

Nice clean comfortable resort wirh nice amenities. Housekeeping staff was amazing. Always had whar we needed. Didn't have a dishwasher in our unit which was a bit of a surprise even to front desk staff.

I would not recommend this place to anyone !! No good service or hard workers!! no people to tell you about the fun to do in the resort or out side the resort! No one to clean the rooms just horrible!

Besides the nice beach access, we were extremely disappointed with our stay. We did book through *******, and their advertising for the room we paid for vs the room we got was extremely dishonest and false advertisement. We booked a room with an ocean view. We received a view of the neighboring hotel/parking lot. Probably no fault of the hotel but the staff wouldn’t even speak to me about the room issue. I understand these types of hotels in this area have a lot of ware and tear so I set my expectations pretty low as I’ve stayed in Myrtle many times. The rooms had no carpeting, but the floors were filthy. The amount of sand, grime & hair was horrifying. Our feet were black every time we walked on it. I called the front desk (on day 3) to inquire about getting new towels and a possible room refreshening and I was told by Travis that they don’t do daily room cleanings but he can send up a broom and dust pan I can use to clean up. They dropped off a filthy broom and dustpan for me. I really needed a vacuum and mop. The shower curtain was filled with mold and smelled like rotted cloth. Since we weren’t allowed new bedding we had a ton of sand in our beds (no matter how much we showered). We stayed from Sun-Fri with no new bedding or any sort of room refreshing. The restaurant was disappointing and we were given a plastic fork and knife to eat our overpriced food. Drinks were subpar. The cafe was never open and the tiki bar at the pool wasn’t open at all. Don’t stay here.

The resort shows its age but still a nice place on the beach Room was nice ,but floors were very dirty,House keeping was poor $15.00 dollars per day for a knock on the door and handed bath towels Never made bed or offered coffee never restocked shampoo and soap

Staff was not very pleasant. No one smiled... they just looked mad. Other than the starbucks folks and the concierge lady... no one was friendly. Jeff was pretty cool. I almost canceled my reservation, but couldn't find another hotel for the time frame needed. I will never stay there again.

Excellent oceanfront with double wide patio suite, clean and comfortable, all appliances worked well for 6 adults and 3 children. The beds were very comfortable and all the staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with a wide assortment fresh cooked meats and numerous sides. The pools and hot tubs were kept clean. I am happy to right this review because I’m happy d to please. This is my 3rd year returning to the Grand Cayman Resort. Michele

Me and my boyfriend stayed. It was a quick get away. The room was clean. The staff at the front desk was nice and informative. It’s in a great location. Parking garage was a plus! I enjoyed my stay and we will return.

This was our second time with 4 kids ages 10-15. I love the layout of the condos. They are very roomy and they offer great views of the ocean and pool. The food is not very good but they do a great breakfast buffet. Drinks are very weak and very very sugary mixtures. Overall we still love it. It’s affordable and close to all the fun boardwalks and right on the beach.
