The property was under construction when we got there. No use of outdoor pool, it was empty and covered with a tarp. They were painting the outside of the hotel, sanding the balconies (hence it was closed to our room) for two days. They painted the indoor pool area, wet paint, had to be cautious and it smelled. The outdoor patio was closed, restaurant as well. The only restaurant was open for breakfast and 7-10am. Sometimes opened for lunch, not advertised!
Did not have water for a few hours on the Wednesday.
Communication was terrible. Nothing was online about any of this and worse yet, never mentioned any of this at check in.

Property location and beach is great but there was construction going on. They originally gave us a room that we didn’t reserve and we thought we got upgraded. Turns out the construction crew was right outside our balcony and we couldn’t sit out because of the debris falling. Floors were gritty inside the room like it hadn’t been cleaned. We stayed in that room for 1 night and then asked for a different room which they accommodated. New room needed to be upgraded and it was dirty too. We asked the cleaning service to please clean the floors and they did not. Pool was also closed due to construction and when we booked they did not advise anything. Also, in the lobby there is someone pushing promotional stuff for Wyndham Resorts.

Much construction at hotel. Beach not easily accessible due to construction in pool area. Was awoken at 8 AM on a Monday morning by construction in room next door. There no notice from front office.

We loved staying here! The room was clean and comfortable. Walls are thin but that's in most hotels.
We also loved the lazy river and pool. Overall great place to stay.
We did not go to the Cafe.

Having a great time in our 3 bedroom oceanfront condo. Everything is beautiful and so clean. Lovely kitchen and comfortable beds.

The resort is nice. The only issue we had is it was what I was told is called Black Bike week. They allow motorcycles here and they would rev their engines and play their music ridiculous loud in the garage and management did nothing about it. It was so loud it was hurting peoples ears. I heard many people complaining about it. I will make sure never to go during this time frame again because of this. Just sad that Paradise Resort didn’t place rules on them for that sort of thing.
