Update: Much like now, silence and irresponsibility has been my experience with Westgate. When they do respond they refuse to answer or even address why I contacted them in the first place and chooses to re-explain my contract to me as if it’s any excuse for allowing their personnel to commit legal crimes and fraud. The last time I posted my complaint, I explained how their sales staff had forged my signature on important documents, which ironically, happen to be the same documents they loom over my head and claim is what prevents them from canceling my contract. If I were a business owner responsible for my employees, I would consider this a very serious allegation and would look into it ASAP. Since this complaint was posted, they have made no attempt to call me, to respond (as you can see), to email me, or send me anything in the mail. They have my contact information and refuse to correspond or again, acknowledge my concerns. Ladies and gentlemen, you can now see for yourselves, the kind of experience and managerial attention you can hope to receive if you contact them for understanding and help. Absolutely nothing.
