Absolutely wonderful time! Location is perfect! Beachfront, walkable to stores, easy access to the hiway. Staff was very friendly, personable and accommodating. Parking was OK, they have 3 properties 1 building has to use Parking at the other properties...of course it was the 1 I stayed in but it's just next door or across the street. The restaurants food & drinks were great. Very clean. I checked in the night the Hurricane Ian hit Mytle Beach that morning. There was a leak in out hallway that saturated the carpet in the hallway outside our apt, Maintenance & Housekeeping were on the case before we even noticed it. I would definitely recommend & stay here again.

Front desk very friendly. Our package not including food. Housekeeping legging. I stay 2 nights but no room cleaning and towers for second day. The resort very nice location to access the pool and the beach.

First of all I believe the carpeting needed to be replaced in the room it had an awful odor to it, was very little water pressure in the bathroom sink, and the microwave did not work properly. We also had to wait till after, well after 4:00 p.m. to get into our room. We will not be returning there.

Absolutely loved our room, the view, being in the same building with the pool, close to dining. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were in the Dunes which was the lower scale building of the property. The lock did not line up, the windows were thin and allowed a lot of road noise to come in, the heater clicked all night and there were peanuts on the ground between the bed and nightstand. The other buildings looked nice but the Dunes was more suitable for a spring break dormitory than a family vacation.

Too many kids made it loud. Housekeeping didn't take our trash or it was an effort to get bathroom supplies.

The resort is beautiful and a very fun place to stay. The staff is not very courteous tho. They definitely need to improve on that. The location is great. Walking distance to the boardwalk and many shops and restaurants. The airport shuttle is a bonus and also if your lucky enough to get breakfast vouchers. I rated this a 3 because of the rudeness of the staff and service.

Everything was as expected. They took care of all out needs and they check up on us an made sure everyone was good. They told us all the places around town. They made sure that we had all the discounts to things we wanted to do. Everything was right around the corner so we can walk to.

Exceptional customer service! Group of 24 women for one week. All with different rooms/condos etc: never had an issue!
