Absolutely wonderful time! Location is perfect! Beachfront, walkable to stores, easy access to the hiway. Staff was very friendly, personable and accommodating. Parking was OK, they have 3 properties 1 building has to use Parking at the other properties...of course it was the 1 I stayed in but it's just next door or across the street. The restaurants food & drinks were great. Very clean. I checked in the night the Hurricane Ian hit Mytle Beach that morning. There was a leak in out hallway that saturated the carpet in the hallway outside our apt, Maintenance & Housekeeping were on the case before we even noticed it. I would definitely recommend & stay here again.

Front desk very friendly. Our package not including food. Housekeeping legging. I stay 2 nights but no room cleaning and towers for second day. The resort very nice location to access the pool and the beach.

Front desk was very accommodating of a last minute change. Rooms are newly remodeled and were spacious. Hotel is super convenient to plenty of good restaurants and bars

Our stay was absolutely perfect other than poor house keeping. Pools , hot tubs , water slides our kids loved. Clean updated room in paradise Towers

Price was overall decent for off season, still a tad bit high. Paid a daily room service fee for the cleaners to take trash out every other day when it piled up. Half the time when calling the front desk the phone would just disconnect. The built in freezer on the mini fridge was really inconsistent, frozen items melted and refroze. Patio doors opened facing the street and were NOT soundproofed. Came during biker week, all hours of the day and night it was like there was nothing between us and the outside to block the noise. Shuttle service was nice, pools were well maintained.

Been here before returned and will return again. Only one thing maybe the lady from the front desk should retrained or talked to for being more professional and less rode for the amount of knowledge she’s offering.

$25 per day housekeeping fee. All they do is drop off towels and empty trash. That's it. No cleaning at all. Also $15 per day resort fee. The building was nearly empty but when requesting a corner room on checking, the receptionist mumbled that she already had me assigned and it was the 1 and only room available...The building was nearly empty the whole stay. She also just kinda mumbled these things to herself instead of addressing me directly. Amenities were good, pools were great, but the $25 housekeeping fee inarticulate feels very scammy and I highly doubt this money I going to the housekeepers. They also really need to work on their receptionist hospitality.

Based on the room you book, you will either stay in the actual resort or a cheap looking motel building behind it. Best thing to do to assure its the resort building is book ocean view. Any other room will give you the possibility of getting the motel rooms
