Kid friendly . Friendly staff very helpful. If a problem they will get it taken care of right away. Love that they give packages deals at great prices . So we can afford to go and enjoyed the activity they have. I have eaten in the restaurant and the food is good. The buffet breakfast is a must and the price is reasonable.

We had a great time we arrived earlier then expected to SC and stayed there the night. Everyone was so nice and Friendly the Resort was beautiful and clean The room was large and clean. The view from the balcony was amazing.

Our stay was great. This was our first vacation at Compass Cove. While there we enjoyed the pools, hot tubs, and lazy river area

Our stay was excellent. We took advantage of all the amenities it had to offer. Restaurants had very friendly people not to mention the great food and drinks.

Had a very loud poor excuse for a dj that played every day at the pool area and was very bad. The workers at the front desk were very rude. Don’t wear white socks in the room. The furniture was very dirty and old. There are many other motel in the area.

Had no water upon check in, and was told to wait until the next day for it to be fixed, pipe burst in room the next day. Was not offered a new room, was told we had to stay in the same room with the water. Had to fight with manager to be moved, had to fight to get only a one night refund. Manager did not want to do anything to fix the problem. GM never called after leaving several messages. Will not return. Last he we stayed here and had a room with roaches but room was nice so we gave it another shot. Big mistake. Don’t stay here.

This property needs room updates for the price. They staff needs to think about where they're placing people. Two girls wanting to just relax and get away for the night right next the the pool slide and a bunch of kids rooms. Room wasn't dirty but not overly clean. We stayed for the view ... Which did not disappoint. If you're staying for one night with the kids it's worth it. If you don't have kids I recommend somewhere else
