Ocean Park Resort - Oceana Resorts Vacation Rentals

The room layout was awesome. The resort had everything and was very near any stores you might want to visit

Pros- The view was spectacular. The price for the view is well worth it. The grounds, pool and spa are beautiful and in working order. Good WiFi for remote working. Neutral- The front desk staff is fine. Not overly rude or friendly. Pretty much a resounding -meh. Parking was a challenge as it was semi-busy during our stay. Cons- We rented two condos for our family. One condo was fine. It smelled like cigarette smoke, but otherwise was clean and in working order. The second condo that we rented was decently clean except the fact that the couch was soaked in urine and their solution after making us wait for 3+ days to address the issue was to throw a sheet on it. Additionally, there was some sort of dark, dark brown matter all over the back of the curtains and was leaking through to the front of the curtains in the living room. How housekeeping didn’t see this and address it prior to our arrival is beyond my comprehension. As for the urine soaked couch, mattress and cushions, we are four days into our vacation, and still waiting for someone to address it beyond a sheet being placed over the couch . Did I mention the smell? Never ever will I stay at this hotel (#508) again or book through Vacasa.

It was a great New Years stay.

The entrance to the room is controlled by a combination lock consisting of 10 numbers, it is highly frustrating. The keypad is small and it took numerous tries to enter our room. Several other guest had the same complaint. Maybe it is seasonal but guest have to return their used towels to the front desk before you can get fresh towels. They are pet friendly and the staff was helpful.

The young lady who checked us in was wonderful! Very friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with our door code and the maintenance guys were so friendly and helpful.

Ocean Park is located right on the beach. It is pet friendly and the staff do an excellent job of keeping the property clean.

I enjoyed my stay just wasn't long enough thanks

What really got us is that we had 3 people with our group and only was allowed 1 set of towels/wash cloth and when we tried to get more they told us to use the towels we got then bring them down to trade them out each time after everyone took a shower.. very inconvenienced. We also did see a roach. The room did smell clean like pinesol.
