The facilities are in poor condition, the kitchen and the beds are not very comfortable. And they charge for cleaning and don't even do housekeeping or toilet paper. And we paid 500 dollars for two nights

Been here many times and just did a walk through the property on this occasion. Everything is up to date and clean. Even the tunnel under Ocean Blvd was clean and clear. You will not be disappointed. The Beach was also clean and well kept and will definitely be back soon.

Should be shutdown, honestly. Falling apart, bad communication. They charged us more than double for the resort fee which was to only be $50, said that they refunded $65 back to my card, gave me a fake receipt and now 5 business days later and no $65 refund. Lied about what the resort offered. Pools were nasty. The pictures are fake and outdated. My husband is in trades and was shocked they could even be charging people to stay with the amount of codes they failed to meet. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

In 30 years of traveling this was the worst room I've ever stayed in. I only stayed one of the two nights I booked. I would've gone somewhere else but it was too late at night and I didn't want to sleep in the car. I had to go buy roach spray at the all night store and I slept with the lights on and had to wear my shoes in the room. In addition to the filth and roaches my room had no hot water. I let the water run for 10 min and still nothing.

Rented a place for 3 months. Worst experience . No cable. No internet. No one cared. Roaches. Refrigerator and oven had rust curtains were threadbare, floor was very old. Terrible. Don't waste your money. Used Casago. Don't bother. I asked to be moved and was told no. Lost my deposit when I didn't stay for 3 months

This place is not what is described or shown in this picture. It’s worn down, roach infested and smells. No appliances worked, the fridge was old and smelly, the TV was nothing but static. I took pictures!!! The pools were all closed down and had been for awhile. I’ll never go back
