This review pertains specifically to my catering and event hosting experience and not my assessment of the resort itself. The room provided for our family reunion was perfect for our needs in terms of size, seating and electronic connectivity. The coordinating person assigned, Jasper Banks was flexible accommodating and very helpful. His assistance in making for a memorable event was invaluable. The food provided was excellent and well enjoyed. Thank you Jasper for a job well done!

One star is the lowest I could review. We arrived and were assigned a room, before we could get out of the lobby we were stopped and told they had to switch our room because ours was reported as “not clean” They assigned a new room which was full of mold, We returned to the desk and asked to be moved. They argued that the room was great. We showed the video of the mold all over the room and was moved to a room that was still under construction. The next time to the desk was asked to speak to the manager and he refused to come out of his office and told the staff to just give us a refund. I would not recommend and will never return.

This is by far the worst place we've ever stayed. The rooms are dirty & moldy. Elevators have no A/C & you're waiting forever for an elevator. There are palmetto bugs everywhere; you'll see more of them at night especially by the pool area. We did complain to mgmt & tried to get a refund so we could go elsewhere but were unsuccessful. We were given food vouchers for the onsite restaurant but chose not to eat there considering everything we'd already seen. Will never stay here again nor will we recommend it!

The facilities were clean and inviting. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We even decided to stay another night. The manager was able to extend our stay without problems. We never left the resort. Everything we needed was right there. The restaurants were great. We will be staying there again.

We stayed at landmark resort for a week and the price was way better than anywhere else. The rooms are a little out dated, the furniture was run down and the room had a little odor to it. My wife and I sprayed some air fresheners to hide the smell. After spending a night there with the kiddos we realized why everything was run down and had an off odor about it. With easy access to all the pools and water park landmark has to offer plus the ocean, if parents don’t clean up after their kiddos then that’s the outcome. Landmark’s staff does do a great keeping up with everything but sometimes things get missed. Overall my family had a great stay here and we’ll definitely go back. Plus the guy at the top of the slides was amazing with my kids so that’s always a big plus.

Kate the bartender was awesome! She was helpful and very friendly! I stayed at the Landmark years ago and they have updated / renovated since then. It is beautiful and has everything you need! I would definitely stay here again. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Jasper Banks and Elijah Eas**an did an outstanding job hosting our group event. The food and service were great! I recommend them highly for any of your group event needs in Myrtle Beach. Their attention to detail made our weekend retreat run smoothly.
