I paid for two nights and when I'm at the hotel the next day they run me out of the hotel at three in the afternoon when I paid for two nights and when I get home they keep taking money from the card and they took me out $1002 but we are solving it with the bank

The stay at the resort was excellent.. Easy access to the beach, amenities of the resort are good too. Had a wonderful time and stay with family. Cleanliness of the resort amenities was okay. Parking is across the resort building, with an additional charge for the stay. But has connectivity internally which is kind of good but need to plan out ahead if you have to go outside.

THE HOTEL WAS NICE AND CLEAN THAT WAS MY FIRST IMPRESSION. THERE WAS PLENTY OF PARKING SPACE THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS I PLAN TO COME BACK WITH MY SISTER. ITS A GOOD PLACE TO BRING YOUR FAMILY PLENTY OF THINGS TO DO

We did a day getaway it was quick easy check in ocean view was nice also went to a presentation! Jeff was great got 75$ bucks so no complaints here definitely would book again and inside pool was a plus

Looks like the Landmark has made great strides to make your stay more enjoyable, pools were very clean, arcade for the kids have been upgraded, the overall cleanliness of the Landmark has been improved greatly. The room we had (1549) was updated, very nice and clean with great top floor view, we will be going back

Never again. Loudest hotel ever. People partying yelling and slamming doors all night ! My son rammed into a small child on one of the new slides after the attendant said he could go and didn’t realize the little one was still in the slide. That could have been disastrous! No towels to be found at the pool. When found they were tiny. I asked the attendant with the rolling cart in the hall for a shower towel and he said I had to go to the front desk.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. The night we arrived 4/22/24 Ocan was welcoming and assisted us at registration. She was able to help us out with a very frustrating room issue. On 4/23/24 Tejara assisted me with several room issues. She was efficient and cordial. Martin, from Maintenance had to come to our room to replace the kitchen faucet. He was cordial and effective at taking care of the problem. Marcia from Housekeeping was cordial and assisted us with our housekeeping issues. Jason from Security worked everyday that we were there. He was welcoming and I saw him assist patrons when they came in.

Love the Catwalk.Staff was friendly and Room was clean ,they have lots of amenities on site,along with on site restaurant.place is family and couple oriented.The building is an older stable of the community built in the 70's but it can compete and compare with other resorts it's a part of history a treasure with in it self.
