Everything turned out well, I had a problem with a non working microwave. It was replaced promptly , the evening courtesy calls were appreciated. Will stay again. Thank you

The room had a couple of mold spots on the ceiling, and the floor had some spots where it looked like it had been half mopped. As far as the location goes, it was just right. The only other problem that I had was the breeze way, the parking lot, the elevators were not cleaned, and they had no complimentary breakfast for the guest. Also, it smelt like **** the whole time there, and the pools were always crowded. All and all it was a good stay.

The room was horrible.. it had a very bad smell to it. Not clean. We had to buy disinfectant wipes and wipe everything down. The room was very out dated. I didnt enjoy my stay at all.

Cleanliness is average..front desk staff are okay ! Room are okay for the price .just the house keeping wont come everyday..+ you have to get whatever u need in the room like toiletries and some for the kitchenette in the front desk.

The room itself is very outdated and small. The front desk person was very understanding and helped me as much as she could. I wasn’t comfortable staying at the hotel and ended up leaving and getting another hotel room

We stayed here for the weekend for a tournament. Overall we were pretty satisfied with this property. The front desk was wonderful as well!
Our main complaints were the floors in the room and outlets. The floors didn’t seem to have been swept between visits. Now the outlets….They are very very loose and all of them besides the one in the kitchenette and bathroom spark pretty badly when plugging even a simple phone charger in. My Fiancé is an electrician and said those need to be changed asap as it is a code violation and a serious fire hazard. We did not feel comfortable leaving anything plugged in overnight and made sure to unplug anything before falling asleep for this reason.
