This place is completely unsafe and trashy. There is nothing stopping someone from simply walking in and up to your room. The room keys worked maybe 20% of the time so be prepared to stand outside your room for 15 minutes trying to get in. The bed broke as soon as I sat down and everything is simply dirty. The pool looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since the recession. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

I STAYED A MONTH AT THIS RESORT WELL I GUESS YOU CALL IT THAT WHEN WE CHECKED IN THE TOILET SEAT WAS HANGING OFF COULDN'T SIT ON IT WITHOUT FLYING TO THE LEFT OR RIGHT. THE HALL WAY FLOORS WERE FILTHY AFTER 5 DAYS HERE THE FLOOR IN THE HALL STILL HASNT BEEN VACUUMED THE FLOOR IN THE ROOM HADNT BEEN MOPPED OUR SOCK GOT BLACK WALKING ON IT THE MIRROR IN THE BATHROOM IS FILTHY, DOOR FACING OUR ALSO FILTHY. THE BALCONY DOOR WONT OPEN HAVE TO USE ALL YOUR STRENTH TO OPEN IT.BALCONY IS FILTHY HASNT BEEN CLEANED LIKE I SAID WE ARE STAYING A MONTH WHEN WE CHECKED IN THEY INFORMED US THAT THEY ONLY DO ROOM CLEANING EVERY 5 DAYS WELL THE 5TH DAY CAME AROUND AND NO CLEANING I ASK THE FRONT DESK THEY TOLD ME IT COST $35.00 TO GET ROOM CLEANED WITH CLEAN SHEETS WHAT KIND OF CRAP IS THAT I PAID $2,249.00 FOR THE MONTH AND NO SERVICE THE ELEVATOR DOWN IN THE GARAGE WHEN YOU OPEN THE DOOR IS AWEFULL LOOKS LIKE IT HASNT BEEN CLEANED AT ALL IN A MONTH, POOL WAS FILTHY SO CLOUDY CANT EVEN SEE THE BOTTOM FOR WHAT I PAID FOR I SHOULD HAVE HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE NOT HAPPY AT ALL IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A RESORT ATOMPHERE DON'T COME HERE

The property is in a great location and the room itself was really good. Especially for the price. The one thing that made this a disappointment was roaches in the kitchen area.

There was bed bugs in the bed, there were some stuff that was dirty when we got there, and the room look organized and clean but was a terrible experience due to the bed bugs and we didn’t get a front ocean view of the beach. They over charge for everything.

The rooms were set up nice but have not been maintained very well. Nowhere to sit down and eat but had a full kitchen. The 2 pieces of furniture that were in the room were stained and dirty. There were no pots or pans and no one informed us there were none. So I had to go out and buy some in order to cook.There were no towels, hand towels or wash clothes in the room as well. Only one front desk employee trying to accommodate an entire hotel and everyone's needs so the line to check-in was ridiculous. But I couldn't be too upset because she had no help. The room setup we nice. It just needs to be kept up better.
