The mattresses were the worst I have ever slept on. All were the same. Also, we were put in a room that had been freshly painted - epoxy paint. I have COPD and asthma -- could not breathe. We asked for a different and was told there were none available. My son called front desk and told them of our problem; we were moved to a different room. Didn't like the fact that we were lied to.

The bed was so comfortable with nice fluffy pillows. The room far exceeded my expectations. You have an amazing view of the ocean from the rooftop lazy river. There’s enough pools and hot tubs that there’s always room, not overcrowded. The staff was awesome! I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this hotel/condo. There were 10 of us in our group, we rented the 3 bedroom oceanfront condo. Views were spectacular, room was large enough we did not feel jammed. So many pools/hot tubs, the kids had a blast "pool hopping". Minor issues we had were addressed quickly by staff (Extra towels, kitchen utensils needed). Grass area where the chairs are is such a great spot to relax, all pool chairs looked brand new, and were very comfy. Indoor pool could use updating, but the kids loved it. They are repainting the building, but that did not impact our stay at all. Beds were comfy and the bedding was nice, not the crappy stuff other hotels offer. Balcony is very spacious, and the railing was very secure (noticed immediately with all the kids). Any staff we had contact with was very polite, the bartender at the pool bar was great! She knew how to whip up a good drink and was accommodating to allergies. We will def stay again next time we are in town.

We've stayed at this location twice recently - about 2 weeks apart. We are totally impressed with the paint refresh and the room updates. Rates are great! Customer service is wonderful as well. We had not stayed at this location in close to 4 years due to family circumstances that limited travel - we are thankful to return and find the same great location and service as we had been accustomed to in our many prior stays.

Fantastic and attentive staff. Work being performed on the building while there, updates, painting etc. was never an interruption. Clean rooms with good housekeeping services. GREAT VIEWS!!

Beds are comfortable and the room was clean and quiet and we loved the view and listening to the waves at night, low traffic area, rooftop pool is great and parking garage lets you park close to your room! They also have a restaurant and bar on site, also indoor pool as well as the outdoor pools and hot tubs. Close to the water!
