Horrible! Nothing about my stay was positive. Oceanfront looking out over cement, microwave did not work, streaming service not available, had to try and push cart over large barrier just to get into room, service and phone calls to front desk no answer. None of staff knew anything about beach services, could not tell me about beach services, when chairs and umbrellas would be available. Just out and out Horrible! I paid a large amount for my stay here, I did not get my money's worth.

My family and I rented 4 condos (2 one bedroom and 2 two bedroom) at Grande Shores Resort. We were very pleased with the condos overall cleanliness and Grande Shores commitment to doing updates to their properties. They provided excellent customer service. We enjoyed the amenities on property including the pools and lazy river. We had wonderful time and will be back in the future.

We loved its location on the beach. They were having work done so the pools and hot tubs on the 7th floor were closed which was a disappointing, but overall a good enjoyable stay.

The Grande Shores has been the place my family has stayed at for the past few years. From anniversaries to just needing a weekend away. The staff is friendly and welcoming. It’s clean and comfortable. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Our overall stay was excellent we had the beast time. The staff was friendly and took care of all our needs . The facility was clean and the pool areas were exceptional. Just a note Grand Shores was very accommodating when my husband got sick in October and held our reservation until we could come without us having to lose our money. They are a great place to stay. Love all the updates around the facility also. We will be back . John and Carol

It was a wonderful experience. This was our first time staying here and it was worth . The staff was amazing, the rooms were very clean. They had a little bit of construction going on but it was nothing major. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone. GREAT STAY!!

The mattresses were the worst I have ever slept on. All were the same. Also, we were put in a room that had been freshly painted - epoxy paint. I have COPD and asthma -- could not breathe. We asked for a different and was told there were none available. My son called front desk and told them of our problem; we were moved to a different room. Didn't like the fact that we were lied to.

The bed was so comfortable with nice fluffy pillows. The room far exceeded my expectations. You have an amazing view of the ocean from the rooftop lazy river. There’s enough pools and hot tubs that there’s always room, not overcrowded. The staff was awesome! I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this hotel/condo. There were 10 of us in our group, we rented the 3 bedroom oceanfront condo. Views were spectacular, room was large enough we did not feel jammed. So many pools/hot tubs, the kids had a blast "pool hopping". Minor issues we had were addressed quickly by staff (Extra towels, kitchen utensils needed). Grass area where the chairs are is such a great spot to relax, all pool chairs looked brand new, and were very comfy. Indoor pool could use updating, but the kids loved it. They are repainting the building, but that did not impact our stay at all. Beds were comfy and the bedding was nice, not the crappy stuff other hotels offer. Balcony is very spacious, and the railing was very secure (noticed immediately with all the kids). Any staff we had contact with was very polite, the bartender at the pool bar was great! She knew how to whip up a good drink and was accommodating to allergies. We will def stay again next time we are in town.
