We stayed in a condo on the 10th floor, 1009 A and were very disappointed with the staff as a whole and the condition of the condo. The kitchen was barely stocked, so if you plan on cooking, bring your own pots, pans, etc. It rained one of the days we were there, and the window in the living room began leaking a steady stream of water. There were balls of dust on some of the curtains. The floor was dirty when we arrived. You have to take your garbage into the elevator, into the lobby and walk almost a block over to the parking garage to throw it in the dumpster. The view and location were nice, however, I would not stay at Bay View again and definitely not book the same condo.

The couch,carpet and curtains are outdated. The kitchen appliances are getting because they r all full size and updated. The kitchen and bathroom floor are sticky. Overall I am happy with the stay so far.

Booked the hotel, bunch of spring breakers that were 18 year old track team drinking in the hot tub. But that wasn’t an issue until it was. Would absolutely never stay here again. The disrespect was unreal. 0/0 stars. Would ABSOLUTELY never stay here again. Should have read the reviews beforehand. STAY AWAY. ZERO STARS Spring breakers take precedence in this hotel. Management terrible. Stay far away.

The staff was friendly at arrival and checkout! Ivy and Timothy were amazing and accommodating. The room was clean and had a great view of the ocean. Close proximity to the boardwalk was great. I suggest walking on the street side in the evening for safety from the Boardwalk back to the hotel, as the path is not as lit and populated in winter past the main boardwalk area. The pool area was very clean, too. Thanks for a great trip!

First room wasn’t clean and it looked like people were still staying in the room. The 2nd room there were no sheets on the beds and when we asked for sheets we were told housekeeping wasn’t there and there are no more rooms. We had sleep on a small bed with 1 sheet set we found. The next day they still had not fixed the issue. Thomas the manager what great and gave us our money back.
