We visited heliotrope hotel in June and had a lovely time. The staff was very polite and with a large smile. The room was very big and spacious for a family of four. Nice bed and nice bathroom too. Everything was very clean. The only negative thing was the mosquitoes. There were a lot!!!! Swimming pool and the bar were very nice too. Breakfast was brilliant! There were plenty of choices for every taste!!! I would definitely stay there again!

Terrible Hotel - Avoid it with all cost. Worst of the worst. Terrible place from A to Z. I would not recommend to anyone. Poor service and management. I have been working in the hospitality industry since 1997 and it has been the worst hotel I have ever been. I don't even know where to start. Disgustingly dirty rooms, poor service, tastless and poor buffet, broken elevators and helpless management. The worst three days of my life. Hotel is so dirty. Hair on the food. There is only beer that you can possibly drink. They are giving you a hard time when you get a water. They are out of water and bread. You can imagine the rest. How can you be out of bread or water? These are basic needs. It is not all inclusive. This hotel is a rundown hotel with poor management. Waste of money. Stay away for all costs. You will regret it. You are warned. It is not kids friendly at all. Someone needs to call health department on this property. Korkunç Otel - Her ne pahasına olursa olsun kaçının. Kötünün kötüsü. A'dan Z'ye berbat bir yer. GGuest UserIn a town with generally lackluster accommodation options, this hotel delivers a truly top-flight experience. The location is perfect, especially for those arriving by sea, and it’s in a very cool corner of the town, surrounded by very hip, socially conscious eateries and shops. Rooms are elegant and comfortable. The whole operation is very professionally run. I can usually find something to complain about but not here. Breakfast had a range of really unusual local items, and everything I tasted was delicious. All breakfast preferences that I could imagine were well provided for, too. Highly recommended overall!

GGuest UserWe stayed in Heliotrope for two nights in mid-November, everything was excellent, the room was clean, very comfortable for three people and just like in the pictures. With two TVs, with kitchens and in the center, near the shops and the shopping street, but the main thing was serving his people, their good mood and their willingness. We met Maria in the reception that helped us and explained everything with details about the city and the island from the very first moment. Maria, thank you for all... always have health, good business and good winter... we'd stay again and only there... Stella, Vibe, Maria.

Midilli gibi büyük ve güzel bir adanın merkezinde sakız merkezdeki otel gibi bir otel olmaması şaşırtıcı ve üzücü. Istetatil turuyla gittik. Bize arka tarafa bakan küçük bir oda verdiler. 3 kişi olanlar daha şanslıydı. Otel baya eski kısmen yenilenmiş. İlk gün bizim odada kettle, çay, kahve ve ayak havlusu yoktu. Ertesi gün gelip koymuşlar. Yatakları temiz ve rahat. Banyo ufak ve yarı duş kabin yarı perde olduğu için dışarı çok su gidiyor. Genel itibariyle temiz. Klima güzel soğutuyor. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli olmasa da fena değil. Yalnız kesinlikle çay yapmayı bilmiyorlar. 7 de ilk çaya yetisirseniz içersiniz. Sonrası hep haşlama açık sarıdan da açık ve söylememize rağmen poşet çay da vermiyorlar kahvaltıda. İlk gün 2 küçük şişe su var ikinci gün yok. Lobi kliması dışarıda aşırı sıcak bir hava olmasına rağmen akşamları kapatılıyor. Resepsiyon siz konusmazsanız kalipera falan demiyor bakmıyor bile. Kadın çalışanlar öyle değil. Yalnız otele yürüyüş mesafesindeki Kadın heykelinin altındaki plaj herşeyi unutturacak cinsten. Otelin yakınındaki büfe ve bakkal uygun fiyatlı. Tur harici gidersem kesinlikle molivos da kalırım.
