The service was poor and disrespectful, except Mr. HASSAN the lifeguard.

This hotel is good in terms of location.. but it lacks many things. TV and telephone are damaged.. it says there are some amenities but none of them exist. Staff are friendly and willing to help.

Booked room with sea view, upon check in they provide me a room without sea view, telling me there’s no room available with sea view, and before that they were not able to find my booking, the reservation was included with breakfast but they denied this by saying the reservation doesn’t exist include breakfast, one of the staff in the reception was rude, the room was dirty !

L'hôtel Emplacement super Hôtel très jolie est propre pour l'accueil et couloirs. Sauf les chambres il y a des baignoire sans bouchons donc avec des enfants c'est compliqué. Le lit les draps été tous taché assez dur de dormir dans des circonstances... Très dommage car à part la chambre il est bien l'hôtel. Le petit plus c'est le bar où l'on peut profiter le soir au bord de la piscine.
