Hotel Byzance ★★★
"Before coming here I was expecting much less than what I saw because of other reviews. I can say I was very impressed by the standard of the pool & the pool staff. The area itself was kept clean & tidy everyday by the lifeguards. The lifeguards , one older one younger were both extremely friendly and made my experience at Hotel Byzance much more comforting as I was there alone. Overall I was extremely happy with the standard of the pool area and the pool staff couldn’t speak anymore highly of them as they were both so lovely and did their jobs so well. Everyone was kept entertained everyday and it was very refreshing. 🫶🏽🫶🏽"
Khayam Garden Beach Resort & Spa ★★★★
"Beautiful location by the sea, my granddaughter loved the seashore. Our arrival in the afternoon was very uncomfortable having left an air conditioned coach with my husband, son and his family including my granddaughters aged 11 years and a 1 year old. The reception desk team were unprofessional and didnt welcome us at all. Their priority was to collect the government tax. Ignoring elderly guests standing in line and serving others who they held long and personable chats with. We were all melting as the air conditioning was very low. We were advised to go eat in the self serve buffet but found no clean tables or direction from waiting staff. In the morning I made a point of speaking with the man at the lecturn at the entrance to the buffet, saying we were a family of 5 plus a baby and from there we were assigned a table for 6 and a high chair brought as we arrived for every meal. Can't fault the food or variety. Our rooms were well air conditioned and spotless and comfortable. The pools were wonderful and the slides exciting. There could be pushing in and favouritism shown by the slide attendant. Our pool waiter was extremely attentive and had a very dry sense of humour (like us 😁) But we only met him by chance, he introduced himself to us and we were asked by other guests how you got served by the pool as it was unclear. Some staff were not forthcoming and others didn't seem to want to serve us and we felt uncomfortable. We tried the beach restaurant and it was a very miserable experience. The man in charge was very rude, never smiled and tried to tell us we hadn't booked. He rolled his eyes as we ordered from the menu, that was nothing special. We had to ask for sides and drinks even though we had ordered them. Miriam who we dubbed the Henna Lady made our holiday. She is Tunisian. Her Henna is traditional and she is very accomplished. She has a table with parasol outside the main bar. My granddaughter ended up having three Henna tattoos and myself one and a free one that Miriam insisted, I had. Such a genuine, warm lady and very funny, sending me back to wash off the ink properly, twice !! She was very patient and explained the process in depth. I paid 65 dinar which some other guests found too expensive and were dismissive of her. She explained cheaper Henna washes off in two hours. Miriam uses a brush and not the pencil. Traditional Henna lasts up to three weeks. You get what you pay for and they are very beautiful and relaxing. The holiday was perfect for what we intended. Time with family and everything at our fingertips. It is very much catered for French speaking guests. The Entertainment Team were top notch and catered for everyone. The Aqua Zumba was energetic and fun."
Hotel GAIA ★★★
"Excellent service, cleanliness and especially the beautiful team working there. Bravo to everyone And I strongly recommend. The restaurant is excellent"
Dar Sabri ★★★★
"Dar Sarbi in Nabeul exceeded every expectation we had. With only four rooms, it feels less like a guesthouse and more like your own private luxury home. The hospitality was genuine and warm from start to finish. The food was a highlight — the dinner they prepared was wonderful, and breakfast was an absolute treat. Our room was beautifully comfortable, and the rooftop, with its plunge pool, became our own private oasis. We’d return in a heartbeat and recommend it wholeheartedly."
Le Zenith Hotel ★★★
"Hotel room, restaurant nothing to eat, bar with lack of alcohol despite the all-in formula and never ice. Security agent forbids us from entering with alcohol for this purpose. Hotel to avoid"
Appartement Nabeul Plage ★★★
