Excellent facilities and services! I always enjoyed my stay at Ratsun and it will become my transit home whenever I'm duty travel or family vacations. I will promote and advocate for this hotel to my families, friends and fellow colleagues.

Certainly not a luxury hotel, the Ratsun was the place I chose to stay for a layover -- our flight home was the next day. The main negative: there was no natural light in the room. But the bed and bathroom were fine, and the reception was friendly. Not a place I'd want to stay for an extended period, but it was clean and safe for a night. A grocery store and a small place to eat (buffet/tables) are adjacent, which is a plus. It's a 10-Fijian-dollar taxi ride to the airport.

Bathrooms were covered in black mold, room had a weird smell. Kettle was covered in rust however they replaced it as requested.

My AC kind of worked. my kitchenette had a couple of roaches. They charge $20 for wifi. When I got to my room, the pillows were missing pillowcases. I called the front desk, and a kid came to my door and handed me cases. The room was generally clean. The attached food court is awful. They close at 7:30. I showed up at 7:10. They had shut everything down. I talked them into cooking a sandwich. (awful) and they didn't even bother to heat up the French fries. It's not the worst place I've stayed, but I've been to better.

Room was spacious and clean. The sofa was worn out and torn, though I did not use it. All else was okay.
