Had dreadful experience with this place. So I booked 3 rooms for 7 people long time ago. 3 days ago I started receiving messages from hotel via *********** to update my card payment I have 23 hrs. Or I loose my booking So I started updating , I did 6 times and was keep receiving messages and emails from hotel booking - update card. I started to get angry and annoyed, was panicking my card will be blocked . contacted *********** via email 3 times, Facebook, email wasn't working , phone wasn't working . So I got so wound up that I called hotel and ask to stop sending emails as my card details up to date, I told them I tried contacting booking com, but they didn't reply. Yes I was fractured, angry and pissed of , yes I wasn't plėsant to on the phone, and rude a little.. but the hotel instead of calming down from heaving panic attack and enxiety event decided to cancel 3 rooms on 7 people , instead of offering find solution they chose just cancel causing 7 hrs of chaos during the day frantically looking for a place to stay. For 7 people. Soft skills communication and customer service is ZERO. I really hope this will never happen to you one day. I did apologised but she decided to punish me anyway. I don't forget or forgive. It ruined my day, my mood and cost massive panick attack

Beautiful and quiet guesthouse in a very convenient location in Nafplion. The room is very beautiful and clean. WiFi was very good. The breakfast is honest, while the staff is very kind and helpful. With one issue that arose, it was resolved immediately. It always has hot water and is next to the KTEL bus for anyone who chooses this means of transport. For sure if I find myself in Nafplio I will stay again. .

This was a mixed experience but overall positive. The whole place has a charming, somewhat rustic decor (but the canopy over the bed made me feel like nobility!) The room was tiny but cozy. The continental breakfast featured local honey and home made marmelade. The AC worked, the staff were friendly, the street was very quiet, and the room was reasonably priced. It is a short walk to the restaurant areas and downtown. Some downsides: it is VERY hard to park (this is true of most hotels in town). I was lucky the first night, but the second night I parked down by the harbor a 15 minute walk with my luggage. Also, there is no lift--the desk clerk carried my suitcase upstairs the first night but I would not recommend Anapli for anyone with mobility issues and definitely not for anyone in a wheel chair.

The Anapli pension is located in the historic center of Nafplio, very close to the Akronauplia fortress, it is perfect for seeing the city and its surroundings. The room we had was a triple room, all made of wood, located in the attic. It was very clean, had good Wi-Fi, air conditioning, refrigerator, plasma TV and a nice balcony with a table and chairs for breakfast from where you could see the Palamidi Fortress. The bathroom was small but clean and had toiletries and a hairdryer, we had no problems with hot water. Breakfast was buffet style, very complete, it was served downstairs, you took what you wanted and took it upstairs to the little balcony, since you couldn't have breakfast downstairs as an anti-covid measure. Lastly, the staff was friendly. As it is an old house, it does not have an elevator and the stairs to go up are very narrow, it did not matter to us but for people with reduced mobility it is not very accessible, nor does it have parking, parking is available nearby. It took us a couple of turns to park and that That it was October in summer is surely a problem. Lastly, the shower head was very short and cannot be hung above, you have to hold it with your hand and it is a bit uncomfortable to shower like that. In general, we really liked the pension, especially the fantastic quality-price ratio. Highly recommended.

We booked a room through ***********, which took us to the hotel's website. The standard double room. There was no information anywhere that this room has no natural lighting and a window to the outside. We spoke 3 times with a representative of the hotel regarding our arrival time but they never told us that the room has only one opening-window to the hotel staircase from where all the tenants go up, with no natural lighting or ventilation. The man at the reception said they normally update. He also said that this room does not appear in ***********. Despite this, we were not informed and we found the room starting from ***********.... The room had neither ventilation nor air conditioning, except for a way to let in hot air if needed. There was no other room, and we had to leave after we were charged on one of the two days of the reservation. Very big disappoin**ent.
