"The staff were very kind and friendly. The hotel is strategically located in the city center, close to the port and just a stone's throw from the alleys of Nafplio. The room we were initially assigned was comfortable but had a problem: the sink was placed behind the bed, which was really inconvenient. We requested a room change, which was kindly granted, but unfortunately, the room we were then given (which had the sink properly in the bathroom) was very small. The bed was completely pushed against the wall, making it difficult for the person sleeping on that side to get out easily. Small spaces overall. Aside from this inconvenience, our overall judgment is still positive. The breakfast was exceptional."

"Disappointing Experience, Not Worth the Price I booked a 21 m² room, paying €170 per night, but upon arrival, I found myself in a room that was no more than 14 m² (see photos). The room had a double bed with only one nightstand, awkwardly placed due to a structural column that prevented the addition of a second one. There was no armchair or extra space, contrary to what was shown in the booking photos. The bathroom was equipped with a shower for disabled guests, but it was unusable: after just a few minutes, the entire bathroom flooded (see photos), making the floor slippery and the bathroom unsafe to use Fortunately, we were able to change our plans and avoid spending a second night there. Despite the numerous issues, my request for a discount was denied. In conclusion, a thoroughly negative experience. I cannot understand how this establishment is rated as a 4-star hotel."

All rooms come with iron kettle free water wine chocolates shampoo sewing kit toothbrush tooth paste and a little snack for breakfast. They are cleaned to a high standard with clean towels everyday and beds made"

"Beautiful villa house with full kitchen and two bedrooms, as well as countless TVs. Rooms are very new, clean and well maintained. Mattresses are of high quality. Nice collection of drinks and snacks, all free of charge! However hygiene is a serious issue. They offer a hydro massage bathtub, however the water inside seems never been changed. Dirts and sand at the bottom, and blond hairs clustered at the water outlet (none of us in the family is blond). It was disgusting."

"Lovely boutique hotel a little way out of the old town. Quiet street at the back with plenty of free parking. We had a double room with a balcony looking towards Palamidi Fortress, nice view at sunset. The room had a comfortable bed, plenty of storage space, a safe and a coffee machine. Bathroom was a good size and everything worked well. Hanging rack on balcony to dry towels, clothes. Large clean pool which was covered every night and cleaned every day during our stay, plenty of sun lounges and a poolside bar. Amazing breakfast spread with eggs cooked to your liking, espresso/cappuccino. Special thanks to the lovely Evie for her amazing delicious homemade cakes and sweets. The best staff who greeted us with a smile, a wave and helpful advice when we went in or out. Probably a 20-25min walk to the start of the old town/harbour area. An easy flat walk though so not a struggle. Wonderful bakery (Kosmos Bakery) almost directly across the main street with great pastries, desserts, juices etc. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Can't think of any negatives except that we had to leave!"

"I really liked both the city of Nafplio and the hotel. The hotel has just 10 rooms, all stylishly and well-appointed. Everything is high-quality and thoughtfully designed, right down to the wine cabinet in the room. The à la carte breakfast is served either on the veranda or in the room. It's very beautiful and luxurious. The staff is always helpful. My stay was a very positive experience."

"Overall a nice hotel in a great location. Good communication prior to arrival when we asked about check in and area parking. Our room was large and clean. The bathroom could use more counter space for your toiletries tho. Breakfast was filling and the staff were friendly. We did have an issue with housekeeping- we were 3 people staying but they only replenished 1 or 2 towels, had to ask for toilet paper and extra soap, shampoo when it was clearly empty. We stayed 4 nights- Note 1 teeny bottle of shampoo and body wash for a suite for 3 people and 1 roll of toilet paper on check in. Annoying. The receptionist was quite apologetic for this but they do need to address that area for a better guest experience especially since reception is not 24 hrs if you need something. Would we stay again? Maybe but not at the top of my list if there is another option."

"We had a fantastic stay here! The location is superb, right in the heart of Nafplio, close to Palamidi Castle, the old town, the beach, and the coach station—everything you could need within reach. What truly makes this place special is the host, Nikos. He’s incredibly friendly and helpful, and he does a wonderful job of keeping the property clean and welcoming. As soon as we checked in and came downstairs for the first time, he had already prepared a handwritten note with detailed recommendations on where to go and what to eat—local cuisine, seafood spots, gelato, and more. He even took the time to show us on the map how to get to each place, which we really appreciated. Every day, we had clean towels, and the room was thoroughly cleaned, which added to the comfort of our stay. I also have to mention another star of the property: Christos the parrot! Each time we came in and out, Christos was there to greet us, bringing a smile to our faces and adding a unique joy to the experience. At checkout, Nikos told us about a local tax change; he had initially charged us based on the peak season tax rate, but he realised it should have been the winter rate. He gave us the difference back, and his honesty and thoughtfulness really impressed us. Overall, we had such a warm and memorable stay thanks to Nikos and his team. Highly recommended! If I visit Nafplio again, I would definitely stay here."
