Room is small but location very convenient, love that they provide free drinks, 6 flavors of popsicles, and ramen at the different times of the day, the kids love it!

Great outdoor onsen in the middle of the city close to everywhere

PRO: - Unbeatable location, at Nagano station. Had tons of restaurants around. Close to Zenkoji temple, some parks and all the massages parlour around. - Car park available - Pretty clean by the bathroom door had some moldy parts - Amazing onsen and there is massage chairs on the same floor, one is in bad shape tho. Also you can find the ice cream - Very friendly staff CONS: - The room is a little small We really enjoyed our stay there. Friendly staff and such a good location. Would probably chose the same again if I’m going around Nagano.

Nice & cosy hotel that provides free tasty soba noodles every night. There’s also free coffee machine at the lobby. The onsen is great & there’s even free ice cream at night and free yakult drinks in the morning. We also washed our clothes using the washing machines at the onsen area. There is a charge of 100 yen for using the dryer for 20 mins which I personally feel it’s reasonably priced. Will stay in this hotel again!

Great place for solo travellers. They have humidifiers in the room which I really appreciated. And they have free ramen and popsicles for hotel guests! It’s located right beside a 7-11 store so you can just hop out to get a quick late night snack too.

It is really nice with good location. It is near JR station and on the business side.

Loved the free ramen supper and also the spa. The onsen was really authentic and had good vibes. Breakfast was good too. The room was clean and they provided free dessert treat in the room.

Super convenient location, right beside JR station, have many restaurants and shops nearby. Only if you drive, it may be a bit diificult to locate the parking as the hotel entrance is at the shopping street.

The hotel is in good location, onsen just needs to pay for tax when you check in.

Cons -Room have dust balls at the back of the door. -Leftover slippers under the bed by previous customer. -Toilet is too small for big size person. Pros -I booked the biggest room and size is good. -Distance to JR station is ok (about 5 mins).

GO Nagano! The hotel is within walking distance of the Zenkoji Exit of Nagano Station. There is a 711 along the way where you can exchange money and buy phone cards. It is super convenient. There are local snacks in the small refrigerator as a welcome. There are cooperative discounts with several nearby izakayas, but the breakfast of the hotel itself is also delicious! There are Shinshu beef, soba noodles and Nagano milk, and small bowls of vegetables. It is really enjoyable to eat and drink early in the morning. There are several pools in the hot spring, as well as an outdoor pool on the rooftop and a sauna room. It is very refreshing to run after a day.
