Great hotel, room was a little small but that's OK. I only booked because I couldn't get anywhere else last minute, normally I would've scrolled right past this hotel because that price tag is crazy! Sadly, I had no choice. If it was about half the price, I'd gladly consider it again.

Great location, super convenient to train station. In addition, there is a nearby 7-11 which allows for quick purchase of essential supplies. The hotel provides washer and dryer for guest to clean their clothes which is good at affordable pricing. Only downside is the room is really small but that is the norm is Tokyo, will get used to it.

Near Nagano Station. This price come with onsen and sauna. It's worth.

My husband and I were here to visit some friends who stayed in the area. The hotel is very near the station, about 3-4mins walk away. It's also a quiet estate but there are still several restaurants nearby, with convenience stores. The hotel also provides free bicycle rentals which was awesome. Free daily breakfast is included; good for saving costs and time to look for your own food. Very helpful and cheerful staff too.

The hotel is very fantastic as it is located near JR Nagano Station, about 100 metre. The hotel is also easy to find some Japanese restaurants including shops with 7-Eleven nearby.

Good location hotel and the facilities looks brand new too! Is just the room is little small as I won’t be able to open the suitcase in full

It's near Nagano station, but those early check-out times be damned

Great location, easy to check in and out. Sadly I could only book a smoking room, but at least it didn’t smell overly much of smoke.

This hotel is close to Nagano train station, the room is clean but the bed is a bit smaller than the normal queen size bed. Like the in house onsen. You msy keep your luggage at the hotel after check out, it's FOC.

Good stay and convenience to find restaurant , close to train station

Unfortunately picked a smoking room, the smell is not good inside. The location is ok but in the opposite side to the temple and food area. The onsen is good for 3-5 person at the same time, but cannot suffer more.
