Fantastic modern room with separate toilet and shower rooms, also separate from the bed. Great onsen and facilities.

Free noodles every night, staffs are nice, hot spring is free too

No frills, simple yet fully functional amenities. My family thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast spread & quality of food served. Onsen quality is better than some branded hotels found in the main city area. Our first time trying Dormy Inn and w are looking forward to the next!

A bit far from train station with no clear signage/ map to direct us from train station to hotel. Tidy romm and bed.

I am too tired from the trip, Dormy inn is a perfect choice to relax with onsen and massage chair and ice cream.

Good locatiom, bus stop is just nearby. There is convenient store next to Dormy Inn. Good breakfast. Free ramen from 930pm to 11pm.

The Hotel is at good location, all services are excellent. But the booking UX is not good enough, the cleaning service was not explained in details, if it should show "large enough", so as to receive the cleaning service correctly, then, the whole service will be perfect.

The onsen is really compatible to onsen resort. Very popular during mornings and late evenings. Some many choices for breakfast. Best amongst similar grades.

We loved the hot spring (Onsen) and will definitely come back again.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the public baths; they have an indoor and outdoor bath, and hot and cold baths. Our room was tight for three adults (moderate triple) but that’s the way it is. I wish the entrance light was not automatic but manual. The location is very good, you can walk on the ground level from the train station all the way to the hotel.

I decided to book the Dormy Inn because of its previous reviews and proximity to the JR Nagasaki station. However, I was a bit disappointed with my experience. First, I arrived around 2pm and rather than allow me to check-in and begin exploring Nagasaki, they wanted me to wait until 3pm to check-in or pay a fee if I wanted to check-in earlier. I then proceeded to post up in the lobby (because where else am I going to go with all of my luggage) to take a nap, and after about 20-25 minutes of seeing this, they had me check-in with no fee. I checked into my room, which was quite small and was there for two nights. My air conditioner was full after I came back and water was all over the floor. Rather than have it fixed, they had me stay in a different room for the second night, which was near my first room (so that I didn’t have to move my belongings). However, when I came back to my original room, the room smelled damp, was very warm (stayed in the heat of summer) and very humid. Needless to say, I was not impressed with my experience at the hotel. The one positive aspect of it is that it is located near the central part of the city.
