Then exit the station from the direction of the comprehensive tourist information center, walk through AMU PLAZA, and cross the overpass to the hotel. Under the overpass is the tram stop and the road (part of it is currently under construction). There is an elevator going up and down the overpass, and you get to the hotel entrance right after you get off the elevator, which is very convenient. You can only check in at 3pm. We stored our luggage at the hotel and went out to play. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is good.

It was a quiet place in front of the station, the staff were kind, and the breakfast was individually packaged because it was a corona disaster, but it was very delicious. I was going back on a day trip, but the facilities in Nagasaki city were too substantial and stayed in a hurry. I accidentally discovered when I was looking for a hotel with hot bath facilities near the station. Search for today's accommodation price in the hotel lobby. The hotel is conveniently located. When we arrived at the lobby, the staff was quick to give us a print out on how to drive to the car park. We booked a standard room and the room was very spacious and comfortable. I dropped a earring in the room and the housekeeping staff was nice to place it on the table for me. Thank you! I like that the hotel pay attention to details such as providing print out in English on how to operate the air-conditioning/heater and also the TV remote.

From Nagasaki Station, take tram Line 1 to Chinatown, transfer to Line 5, get off at Oura Tenchudo Station and walk for 2 minutes. A very European-style hotel with a European-style front desk and courtyard. Nagasaki Port is right outside the door, and there is a beautiful waterside park. It is very close to Oura Cathedral, Madame Butterfly Villa, and Nagasaki Port night attractions, only a 20-minute walk. The room is clean and tidy with complete facilities.

It was an incredible inn that I was staying with a budget control. The customer service was always polite and smiling and gave me some fine care. The room size is relatively large for Japan and it was very comfortable. I just can't understand the difference between the room types I booked. There was a square massager in the room I stayed in, but there was no one for massaging legs.

The check in lobby is located on 7th floor, where the ground floor has a hotel reception counter. Since the lobby is located the 7th floor, the view of the city is spectacular and the natural lights is abundant. We are checked into near the top floor with a room facing south. Staff generally speak good English. The room is spacious, given the proximity to the JR station. There are quite much storage space in the room. Hotel amenities in the bathroom is quite abundant and of good quality. Kudo must be given to Mr Minamoto san, the room manager. I was feeling unwell during my stay, he has been very helpful in arranging doctor appointment, and even help us bring our luggage to Nagasaki bus station which is about ten minutes walk from the hotel. Even comparing with other very good Japanese staff, Mr Minamoto is outstanding in service and knowledge, and definitely an asset to the hotel.

Overall, an excellent property. The rooms contained a sink, microwave, refrigerator, safe. the bathroom contains both a shower and a jetted tub. I did not use the term therefore I could not comment on the quality of the jets. They were exceptionally quiet and the beds were comfortable. They would have earned a 5-star rating I came back from a day of sightseeingto find that they had strip the sheets and taking the towels and forgotten to finish servicijg the room. A call to the front desk got the cleaning crew in the room quickly, they were very apologetic and finish the job. as I noted above if you approach the hotel from the wrong direction you're quite a significant amount of stairs. To get to the property. The front desk is located on the second floor so when you first approach it can be a little bit
