Hotels Near Meotoiwa in Nagasaki

Nicely located in the British area of the city and beautiful walking areas nearby. The hotel felt cozy, neat, well managed for Covid19 protocols and very comfortable. The staff was trained well and quite professional. I had to settle a personal travel matter and the staff Mr Wang Meng Yao helped me with it. That was indeed helpful and going the extra mile. The room had nice views of Glover hills neighbourhood. The breakfast was nice and I enjoyed sitting and eating from a choice of western and Japanese food items. The Mt. Inasa ropeway bus service and tickets were available at the hotel and were very helpful indeed.Its a good choice for your day and quite a good value. Tram station is less than 2 min walking.Close of key attractions like Atomic bomb museum and the Chinatown.

First of all, it's only a minute's walk from the ”Oura Kaigan-dori” stop on the Nagasaki tram line, so it's the perfect place to use the streetcar! The hotel's exterior, design and interior are European-style, so it felt like I was traveling abroad. (^^) Tourist attractions such as the National Treasure Oura Cathedral and Glover Garden are also within walking distance. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. (^^)/ I was happy to see that they also had Nagasaki castella for dessert 🎵

I was able to spend a relaxing time in the renewed room. When I asked at the front desk about the place I wanted to visit, I carefully examined and received the materials. Thank you very much. There were many types of breakfast and I enjoyed it. It was a late time, but the fewer side dishes were properly replenished. One unfortunate thing. When you try to sleep, next door? The sound of drainage in the room echoed in the room for a few minutes. The drainage sound of the washbasin in the room I stayed in was also loud, so I thought it was a problem of drainage connection construction.

This time I stayed in a room with 3 beds with 3 family members. The size of the room, the lighting (brightness) and the cleanliness were great. Especially, I am very satisfied with the size of the room (of course, it is not as large as overseas, but in Japan there are 3 beds, and I am impressed with that size). The location of the hotel was also convenient between Nagasaki Station and the center of Nagasaki. The front desk customer service was very good except for one person. I want one of them to follow other staff and do their best to provide better service in the future. The hotel is a bit old, but it was well maintained and I was able to spend a very comfortable time with my family.

I always stay at Richmond when i travel in Japan. I am happy with the location , very convenient to everything. My room was specious and clean.When i need more coffee bag , i git it deliver to my room very quickly. It is really value for money staying at Richmond Hotel.

Although the space for the washbasin is not large, there is another place in the washbasin, so it is recommended to divide the washbasin into two or more large porch. The bath in the bath also extended and soaked, and the fatigue of the sightseeing in Nagasaki City, which tended to be beautiful and easy to walk, healed more than I imagined. The bath and the room were secure, and even the woman was safe. The breakfast at the beginning of April was a sandwich buffet with a tasteful bread and pancake, and selection of ingredients from cream, *, sausage, sliced onions, saba, etc. There are several kinds of soup, coffee, tea and juice, but there is no miso soup and white rice, so I think it's a preference there. I was delicious. Even if you don't set breakfast by reservation, it was difficult to buy a ticket at the front desk if you were tired or trying to go to breakfast when the store was a holiday. By the way, the entrance and the price are different, but there is a popular cooking on the second floor, and if you are careful about the business hours and the restriction of the entrance of the large bath, you can drink the sour in 0 minutes on foot. If you care about time, you can also look around the nearby store street. Chinatown and Dejima were able to walk in the typical cultural system, and the city tram station was also nearby and it was a good location.

The proprietress is very enthusiastic and feels very warm. The sound of the car can be heard even through the glass, and the smell of the room is a bit heavy.

The hotel is in a great location. You can get there by taking the elevator and crossing the overpass from Nagasaki JR Station and the tram station. There are several convenience stores and restaurants around. It is a busy area in downtown Nagasaki. It is not far from the main attractions such as Shinchi Chinatown and the Atomic Bomb Museum. You can take the tram to get there! The room is clean and spacious. Nagasaki is a small city suitable for slow exploration. It is so comfortable. I will come again if I have the chance.

It was a quiet place in front of the station, the staff were kind, and the breakfast was individually packaged because it was a corona disaster, but it was very delicious. The transportation was good and I was surprised at the number of buses, but it was a convenient hotel because it was not written on the signboard such as where to go, so it was difficult to find it, or it was easy to go to the sightseeing spot. There were many shops in Nagasaki Station, such as various seafood and souvenirs. It's a hotel you want to use again.
