一行五人，住了一晚! 職員有禮, 樂助！ 房間非常寬敞，特別欣賞露台部份小客廳位置，浸完溫泉後，晚上與友人促膝談歡，非常享受！

お迎えからお見送りまでおもてなしのお手本のような宿でした。接客がとても気持ち良く やはり宿の印象は『人』だな、と実感しました。お部屋もお風呂も清潔で素晴らしくレストランのインテリアは洗練されてて飲み物も充実していました。朝食の種類には驚かされます！パンコーナーだけでもパン屋さんのようです。たった1泊でしたが心からリラックスして過ごすことができました。とても良い宿です。リピ確定です。

美祢線が2023 年の大雨で運行中止のため長門市駅より代行バスで長門湯本駅で下車。徒歩で20分程で目的地に。川沿いに高級感が漂う大型建造物。 日帰り入浴で利用。先ずはフロント横のラウンジでランチ、クラブハウスサンドと珈琲。程よく焼けたパンにベーコン、目玉焼きに野菜がたっぷり、美味しいオーロラドレッシング。 広い大浴場、若干小さいが程よい高温サウナ、露天風呂は２箇所木々につつまれ川の音を楽しみながらベットに横になり最高です。

良い面と悪い面があります。 接客は、パーフェクト。 残念な点。 お風呂のパスタオルの部屋から持参は 高級感がない。 料理の品数が少ない、朝食の惣菜系が少なく焼き魚は、一品は少ない。 夜のライブが酷い！ カラオケの歌い手だけが満足してる感じ！ 声も小さく話してる内容が判らず！ ライブは、辞めるか他の方に変えるべきだ。

あらゆる場面で、完璧な接客でした。チェックイン、チェックアウト、車の預かりサービス、食事、散歩に行くとき、観光案内の質問時などなど。完璧でかつ必要最小限つまり、「過剰、そこまでしなくても」も全く感じませんでした。 例1）（2人で利用）チェックイン手続きは1人で、もう1人はロビーのソファーに案内し、食事時間などはロビーのソファで2人そろって抹茶をいただきながら相談。 例2）お酒を飲まない家内に、最初に「ご飯もお出しできますが？」と聞き、断ったのだが途中すき焼きのタイミングで再度「ご飯は？」と聞き「お願いします」と答えると「ご飯だけでもお味噌汁をお付けすることもできますが？」と聞いてくれる。 「サービスで金をとれるというのはこういうことか」と思いました。 あと、お部屋、大浴場、ロビーなどいたることろの設備も完璧で、機能的かつ清潔に整っていました。お部屋の洗面・バス・トイレスペースなど結構前のものだとは思うのですが完璧に清潔に整えられていました。大浴場の着替えスペースやお風呂も広々ととても気持ちよかったです。通路に多く設けられているソファーや畳のくつろぎスペースも素晴らしかったです。
