Kulabo Taishokan ★★★
"Great place Exactly as described!"
SOIL Nagatoyumoto - Hostel ★★★
"It was a shame that the hot spring water was too warm, but the room was clean and the surrounding area was nice. However, there aren't many places to eat, so it's best to make a reservation."
Yuyawan Onsen Hotel Yokikan ★★★
"It was my first time using the hot springs. The hot springs were wonderful, and the view from the rooms was amazing. I was especially impressed with the hospitality of the hotel staff."
Hoshino Resorts Kai Nagato ★★★★
"This is one of my favorite Hoshino Resorts KAI properties I've stayed at, and it blends in wonderfully with the local culture. The hot springs are fantastic, the views are stunning, and it's in a great spot on the hot spring street. The hotel offers incredible views from many angles, and the room design is also excellent. The food is decent, but more about presentation than actual substance. I really love this place, but generally speaking, the value for money at KAI properties isn't as good as it used to be."
Nagato Central Hotel ★★
"I was very grateful for the kind hospitality. They gladly accepted my requests for refills of breakfast rice, and the selection was wide and delicious. I was very pleased to receive several types of morning coffee for guests."
Sea Breeze 1987 ★★★
"I stayed here for 3 days for work nearby. It's in a great location by the sea, and I tried their homemade hamburgers for dinner, which were very filling and delicious. The room was well equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, and the view was great and comfortable. Next time I'd like to take my family there in the summer and spend the whole day there, including swimming in the sea. The toilet and shower room in the room I used were in separate places, which was a bit inconvenient on cold winter nights."
Yamamura Annex ★★★
"The hot springs were pleasant and the food was delicious. It was a shame that the open-air bath was too hot and we couldn't stay in it for long. I was able to spend some quiet time relaxing and relieving my daily fatigue. I'd like to come again."
Tawarayama Onsen Matsuya Hotel ★★
"traditional japanese style!!! cool and cozy stay during spring! is a less density hot spring town, enjoy the nature!"
Yumoto Kanko Hotel Saikyo ★★★
"This was a family trip with 5 adults and 3 children over high school age. We were greeted very politely and stayed in a room with a detached garden. It seems it wasn't the room we requested, but it was spacious and very clean. However, we had to move to another room because there was a large public bath and a buffet at the end of the year. The hot spring ♨️ had an outdoor bath, was spacious, and had a wide variety of amenities. The towels were individually wrapped and hygienic. The meal was a buffet, but the small dishes were just the right amount and the hot dishes were delicious. The only disappointment was that the beef was cold. The futon was warm and we slept soundly♪ There was a bowling alley 🎳 on the premises, and the children seemed to enjoy it♪"

"The service was perfect in every situation. Check-in, check-out, car storage, meals, when going for a walk, when asking about tourist information, etc. It was perfect and the bare minimum, meaning there was no sense of "excess, no need to go that far." Example 1) (2 people) One person did the check-in procedure, and the other person was guided to the sofa in the lobby, and we discussed meal times and other matters while drinking matcha on the sofa in the lobby. Example 2) My wife, who doesn't drink alcohol, first asked, "Can we serve you rice as well?" and we declined, but halfway through, when we were eating sukiyaki, she asked again, "What about rice?" and when we answered, "Thank you," she asked, "Can we just serve you rice with miso soup?" I thought, "This is what it means to charge money for service." Also, the facilities in the room, the large public bath, the lobby, and everywhere else were perfect, functional, and clean. I think the washbasin, bath, and toilet space in the room are quite old, but they were perfectly clean. The changing space and bath in the large public bath were spacious and very comfortable. The many sofas and tatami-mat relaxation spaces along the corridors were also wonderful."

"We planned a family trip to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary and chose Onshin because it had the best reviews. It's the kind of place we don't usually get to stay at, so I wondered if it was out of place, but the service, the rooms, the food—everything was superb! If I had to nitpick, the person who moved our car when we pulled up to the hotel seemed to judge us by our appearance, asking, "Are you staying at Otani Sanso?" which was a little unpleasant... But anyway, it was a hotel that was worth the price, even though it was expensive. I think it will be a lifelong memory for my parents and siblings."

"The B&B is run by two couples who are really nice and helpful. They arrived at a little after one o'clock and were already able to check into the room. They asked if there were any restaurants nearby for lunch. After checking, none of the restaurants were open, so I hurriedly asked them to arrange dinner. All in all, it’s very humane, thumbs up👍🏼"
