SOIL Nagatoyumoto - Hostel
"The staff were very helpful and the room was very clean! However, the corners of the bed frame were quite large, and I bumped my feet on them several times 😂 I think it would be a good idea to put some kind of cushioning there."
Kulabo Taishokan
"This hotel did not serve foods at all, we had to look around for restaurant to have dinner by ourselves but in vain.Eventuately we were lucky to find a small supermarket and bought some instant noodles to eat in our room for dinner. It was really an experience to us to stay in such a bad hotel in Japan. Next morning no breakfast was served too. We will never come back again, and we want to request you to drop the name of this hotel immediately to prevent other customer from suffering the same bad luck like us."
Gyokusenkaku
"The room and bathroom were well-cleaned and had a clean feel. The food was delicious and satisfying. The staff were also very friendly, and on my way back they even waved goodbye to me in the cold as I drove off."
Hoshino Resorts Kai Nagato
"The accommodation design, environment, service, and hot spring baths are excellent. The food is like an art feast. The environment is quiet, allowing the body and mind to relax and enjoy the tranquility. It will make people want to stay in other hotels under the Hoshino Resorts Group."
Nagato Central Hotel
"Good for one night’s stay, there is a spacious parking lot nearby. Their breakfast was average (didn’t like the raw egg)."
Yumoto Kanko Hotel Saikyo
"Great service, very good and large indoor and outdoor onsen. Excellent value"
Yamamura Annex
"The hot springs were pleasant and the food was delicious. It was a shame that the open-air bath was too hot and we couldn't stay in it for long. I was able to spend some quiet time relaxing and relieving my daily fatigue. I'd like to come again."
Yuyawan Onsen Hotel Yokikan
"It was my first time using the hot springs. The hot springs were wonderful, and the view from the rooms was amazing. I was especially impressed with the hospitality of the hotel staff."
Otanisanso
"It's the best hotel ever"

Hotel Nagato Harada
"I chose this hotel because I could stay with my dog. However, even though it was Golden Week, it was expensive. It would be fine if the content was good, but the cost performance was too bad. I knew it was old, so I could accept it, but the meals were served at a dining table and the food was quite ordinary, and there was a large mirror in the room that was not hidden, so I could see myself all the time when I sat on the floor chair, which made me feel uncomfortable. The worst part was that there were no dog amenities (food and water bowls, a roller, pet sheets, cages, etc.) and yet the accommodation fee was 3,300 yen per dog. I have been to many inns that allow dogs, but 3,300 yen is not cheap, and of course that price includes all the amenities. Normally, customers don't choose this hotel, so I got the impression that they fill the rooms with dogs."
Seseragitei Shefs
"I was pleasantly surprised to find a Japanese-style room with a sunken hearth and a private bath with free-flowing hot spring water, perhaps because I hadn't expected much. The building is located on a low-lying area sandwiched between a road and a high-rise inn next door, so the view isn't great, but guests can use the large public bath and the baths at the neighboring inn. The breakfast has a wide variety of delicious options. If you come by car, you can buy fugu sashimi, boiled fish, bento boxes, and local sake at Senza Kitchen, making it a great value hot spring inn where you can enjoy a truly luxurious experience."
Bettei Otozure
"We planned a family trip to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary and chose Onshin because it had the best reviews. It's the kind of place we don't usually get to stay at, so I wondered if it was out of place, but the service, the rooms, the food—everything was superb! If I had to nitpick, the person who moved our car when we pulled up to the hotel seemed to judge us by our appearance, asking, "Are you staying at Otani Sanso?" which was a little unpleasant... But anyway, it was a hotel that was worth the price, even though it was expensive. I think it will be a lifelong memory for my parents and siblings."
Tawarayama Onsen Matsuya Hotel
