The hotel has nice spacious rooms and clean washrooms. The overall ambience of the hotel was very nice. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The room service was quick. We experienced hassle free check in and check out. Totally recommended for stay in nagercoil. The location of the hotel is good. Overall we had a nice and comfortable stay.

Some what empty and very lonely no activity in the hotel. Not worth the price paid.

Rooms are big and have all amenities food quality and taste is good but service is very slow
navigation to hotel could be a problem as the city has lot of one ways (google map is not your best friend here) staff needs lot more training to handle customer
