"My recent stay at this hotel was highly disappointing. The staff were consistently rude and seemed uninterested in providing any level of customer service. When i asked for assistance or had any concerns, their standard response was that it was a "management decision" and they could not help. The breakfast quality was equally poor, lacking variety and freshness. The service overall was the worst i've encountered in a hotel. It felt as though the staff were not trained in basic customer interaction, making the entire experience quite unpleasant. I would not recommend staying here if you value decent service and a hospitable environment. This hotel needs significant improvements in both staff training and customer care."
