You may need to actively contact CS from Trip.com to obtain the check-in procedures as we did not receive anything even when it is one day before our check-in, and surely you should not expect front desk service for this accommodation (as indicated on trip.com website).
The accommodation is located in Agarie, Nago which is around 15-20mins walk away from the main street / Nago Castle Park. You can also reach bus stop Yokufe within 5min walk. There are also a few supermarkets/convenient stores/restaurants and a beach nearby.
The accommodation is well-equipped except that we could not find any heater. We are not sure if heating facilities are rare in Okinawa but the temperature was a bit cold during our stay.
