"Both children and adults enjoyed being transported to our room by golf cart, but the grounds are large and it was difficult to find our room. Even after arriving at the building, there were stairs to climb, making it challenging to reach our room with small children and luggage. Finding our room was also difficult, so it would have been helpful if staff had provided guidance. Some plans don't include a golf cart, so I recommend booking one that does. The distances between check-out, the pool, the beach, and the breakfast restaurant are considerable, so it takes some time to get around; you need to allow plenty of time. Since everything is within the hotel grounds, you could easily spend the whole day there. Traveling by golf cart is an experience not usually encountered in everyday life, so small children will likely enjoy it like an amusement park attraction. We booked both the "Jasmine" room with a jacuzzi and a room without, and both rooms were spacious and comfortable. However, the light cover in the Jasmine room fell directly on our child while they were sleeping. They weren't injured, but it was quite a shock. We mentioned it at check-out, and they offered a sincere apology. The breakfast had many Okinawan dishes, which was nice, but the taste was just average. The availability of Blue Seal ice cream was a plus, as the kids enjoyed it. The fact that they had coffee available for takeout was also a nice touch. It was great that we could use the carts even after checkout. We used the Water Kids Garden pool and athletics area, but the price was a bit high. There weren't many people, so we were able to enjoy it thoroughly, but depending on the child's age, adult supervision is required, and paying 4,500 yen for one visit as an adult felt a little expensive. Overall, I would definitely like to use it again if the accommodation price were cheaper."

"The room has everything you need, including a washing machine, dryer, air purifier, vacuum cleaner, kitchen, and microwave. There is a 7-11 next door and delicious Okinawa beef."

"It’s our second time staying in this hotel and everything was as good as the previous time we visited a year ago. Breakfast still had shabu shabu pork and I think they added taco rice recently as well. We had to leave the hotel early for our planned activities on the second day and the hotel had the option to provide breakfast takeaway which is something that we didn’t expect! Had a pleasant stay overall and we look forward to our next stay with best western in the near future!"

"The front counter staff was really patient and courteous despite not speaking English. We got to use app translation to communicate and it took more time.  Hotel have ample parking but it charges is 1,000 yen a day. Location is quite convenient and we use it as a base to visit Churaumi aquarium, Kouri island and Cape Hedo. "
