"Just returned from a wonderfully relaxing break at this hotel; a peaceful haven away from the lake. Although the rooms are perhaps slightly basically furnished, they are up to date, modern and very clean. We liked both the indoor and outdoor pool areas and the bar areas. ALL of the staff that we met were friendly, helpful and polite, with special mention to Arianna in the restaurant in the evening, such a lovely lady, Rosana the breakfast cook who was always so cheerful and welcoming despite being super busy; Michealangelo who runs the bar; and Vivetta who serves at the bar and Sayed who drives the mini bus down to Torbole; down at 9 and 10 and back at 4. Local buses to Torbole and Riva are a couple of minutes walk. Breakfast was plentiful, and we are already missing the donuts. You chose your evening meal at breakfast, all very straightforward and the food was of a very good standard. There was a good mix of client ages and nationalities and we met people from Italy, Germany, Austria and France. The local village is small but there is a little supermarket, pharmacy, bike rental and a number of bars and restaurants (including an Indian!). A nice walk from the village down to Torbole through vineyards and olive groves, some owned by the owners (Tonelli) of the hotel; took us about 45 minutes at a relaxed/slow pace. Would we go back? Yes, absolutely."

"We made our reservation over the phone, agreed on a price without any further details, and trusted the manager. Upon arrival, we realized the room didn't have air conditioning. When we went downstairs and pointed this out to the manager, we were told that a room with air conditioning would cost €10.00 more. We accepted the additional cost, especially because, in addition to the heat, the hotel is located on a very busy and noisy street; you can't stay with the windows open. The beds were uncomfortable, and the cleanliness left much to be desired."

"It was overall allright for the money you pay. nice view on mountains (if you ignore all traffic), nice bedroom. There is parking. The breeakfast is very basic, with screaming children running around. Italians go easy on restraining kids on public. "

"A lovely hotel- absolutely excellent staff at reception, in the restaurant and on the cleaning team. We had a small issue on our last night and the lady on reception fixed it speedily and with good humour. Really comfortable beds and great decor. Very clean. Sweet courtyard around a small pool where you could eat breakfast. You can tell that a lot of love has gone into the place. Half board food choices each night were always good and breakfast was lovely. A lovely walk down to Torbole from the hotel through olive groves and vines. Overall would really recommend. "

"Lovely family owned hotel situated in quiet village a few minutes drive away from Torbole lake side. Basic, clean and good buffet continental breakfast. Hosts were helpful and welcoming. Limited parking if hotel is busy but there are other parking options in village. Would recommend."
